I highly recommend Chisholm. I needed a repair to the irrigation system at my parent's house in Easley, which was leaking from a broken T-connection. The first irrigation repair man called arrived, dug out the problem area and noticed a small portion of PEX piping exiting the main water meter's check valve and told us we needed to call a plumber, as he didn't work with PEX or have the specialty tools. He did what he could. We paid him for his portion of the work and he left. Being from out of town, and having no water service to the house, I called Chisholm because one of their reviews stated they respond within minutes. The friendly phone scheduler said they could have someone out within 2 hours. Less than one hour later, Ben O'Connor (of whom they sent a photo via text) arrived, diagnosed the issue and quoted a fair price. Once cleared to proceed, he went to the supply house for some additional materials and conducted the repair. Additionally, I believe he went beyond what was required for the repair and re-repaired a previous repair job. Well done! If you are in need of plumbing, electrical or HVAC in the Greenville, SC area, you should call Chisholm first. I know I will!

Since Mr. Gibbs did not fix the problem, I was unsatisfied with the fee. I agreed to 399 for them to locate the septic tank to determine if pumping was necessary. However, I never imagined they could not find the septic tank. Paying $265 seems astronomical for digging about a two-foot hole, some probing around on the ground, and being on-site for an hour and six minutes.
When Mr. Gibbs and his assistant left, I still had the problem and had to call another plumber. Then I had to tell my mother we had to pay, but the issue remains. Then I had to tell my brother I spent 265 dollars, and mom still does not have working plumbing. I was disappointed in myself for calling the wrong type of plumber and disappointed in a company that would charge a high fee for no actual services rendered. You win some and lose some. Today, I lost, but the new plumber I hired said he would only charge a fee if he found the septic tank.

Mark and Brice did a great job in replacing a duct that had been damaged when a tree had fallen on our house. Very personable and professional. Will definitely call Chisholm if we need any work done in the future and would recommend.

From the first interaction with Chisholm I knew I was in great hands. The office staff is efficient and kind, the technicians are personable and make everything really easy to understand. Also, honest up front pricing was given and honored during our appointment. Highly recommend!

Matt serviced my home ac unit today. He replaced a bad capacitor. He was very polite and was explaining to me about the various things that could go wrong. He gave me few options to consider in order to improve the life of my aging unit. I rate Matt as A+.

Matt was on time and acted in a professional manner. He did a routine check-up and found my coolant was 50%. Instead of trying to convince me to get it fix through Chisholm, he let me know it should be covered under my warranty since my house is a new build. Matt was honest and upfront with everything and if my warranty will not cover the fix, Chisholm will definitely be the company I call for all future repairs.

Travis, Mark and Brice all showed up when they said. Travis gave me a comprehensive rundown of my current system along with several options for replacement. He was also super respectful and mindful of the fact that our 11 month old was napping. She didn’t wake up once while he was here. Mark and Brice did an amazing job removing the old system and installing the new one. They answered all of my questions and cleaned up everything. The only evidence they were even here is the new system. THANK YOU!!!!

Complete water, drain and sewer lines. Al and Dustin were awesome. They were very respectful. They ran into a lot of problems with this job and they did it without complaints. Stayed late when needed. Answered any questions I had. I will definitely use them again. And will recommend.
