This repair went so smooth, Rick was sent to fix my a/c unit. He was on time and professional and explained everything that he was going to do and after the job was done he showed me why the piece wasn’t working and tested the system before he left. Referred them to my family in case they have issues with their a/c system.

We had a great experience with howell hvac. Last year our entire unit had to be replaced and with the pandemic, getting a new one was a bit of a challenge. They made it happen pretty fast. Then a few weeks ago a tech, Kel came out to our house to figure out why it wasn't working. He was very kind, prompt, and supportive. It was actually after hours but he wanted to make sure we had ac in 90 degree weather. We had a pleasurable experience and he even helped teach us a few tips if it happens again. Then a few weeks later one more tech, Dale, came out. The unit keeps freezing and once again he was prompt, kind, and very supportive. He ran all of the test, explained things in a language we could understand, and gave us some additional tips. We will definitely be using them again and are very lucky to have them in our area.
