He didn’t rush or try to sell me on things I didn’t need or couldn’t afford. James and Doug were prompt, professional and so respectful. I highly recommend to any and everyone!

Very professional and knowledgeable of HVAC Systems. Did an Inspection of what’s needed to repair or replace the old system. I decided to replace our whole system because of cost and age of unit. I compared the price of A/CMedic with five well known companies and they gave the best price of them all. They covered walkways to protect carpet and floors. After removing the old equipment, they cleaned up and then put the new equipment in. They checked to be sure everything was working properly. They cleaned up after the installation of the new system as well. Eric the owner of A/C Medic called a number of times to ensure everything was running perfectly. I highly recommend A/C Medic.

They were very knowledgeable about what changes I needed to make to my system to have it perform better and recommended multiple options at different price points. I am extremely happy with my new Trane system and would highly recommend A/C Medic to anyone looking to have HVAC work done.

They were knowledgeable, professional, and when I compared pricing on our new install they were very competitively priced. They also walked me through a simple repair for free after I said I understood something I didn't, lol. They could have easily charged me a service call, but didn't. They advised us on how we could save money even though they would make less by their advised options. That means a lot to me. I was single at the time and many repair companies took advantage of my lack of repair knowledge and costs to up my bill, but they lowered it knowing my circumstance. I would recommend them to anyone needing heating or air maintenance or install.

Eric is a nice guy. He's very knowledgeable about ac/heating units. We have used his company for several years and wouldn't call anyone else. If you need his type of services, give him a call first.

Eric T. did a great job evaluating the need to condition the air in our finished basement. The mini-split Mitsubishi Trane unit he installed is perfect for heating and cooling the downstairs! It is super quiet and much more efficient than the window unit and heaters previously used. Our electric bill is lower each month than the same month a year prior! The installation was professionally completed, looks good and works great. I definitely recommend the mini-split unit and A/C Medic for HVAC work.

Eric is always professional and punctual. If he can’t get to it for awhile he will communicate that. He is fair on price and you get quality work. I would recommend to anyone.

Used them once to do a repair our original installation company couldn't seem to fix. They came out quickly and got the issue corrected the first time. We used them again to install a new heating and air system and have been 💯 satisfied.
