My name is Terence Brooks and I just had a new outside air condition unit installed at my residence. I am blown away with the professionalism and the quick service. My installers were Kevin and Cristina. They arrived around 9am and were finished up around 3pm. They were very polite and professional, not only showing me how my new thermostat worked but showing me the actual work they did on the installation. 5 star rating for this company 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

We just had our first annual inspection on the new system that was installed last year. Reggie Frye was the Technician that came out and he was great to deal with! He was very professional and went above and beyond to help explain the ins and outs of our system and filter setup. Great experience working with Five Star all around!

He explained what he was doing and answered all my questions and concerns.
I chose this service upon the recommendation of Duke Energy's Find It service which recommends vetted contractors for homeowners.
The company gave me a $200 referral discount.
Johnny installed a new kitchen sink faucet & water cutoff lines first & then a new Bradford White 50 gallon water heater. He gave me all warranty paperwork & told me they would help me with detecting plumbing needs going forward.

We called for service and the rep was very nice and had someone call us back within a few minutes to let us know when they were coming. A couple of hours (if that) Eric came out and did a great job for us! He was courteous and professional. He gave us advice about best way to use our system and informed us of options that we are definitely considering adding to our service based on the information he gave us. This is a good company with knowledgeable techs to take care of your Heating and AC. Highly recommend!

Jacob Heath and his team did a wonderful job installing my new central air units. The team was courteous, did a wonderful job explaining their process while installing the machines, kept my premises clean and were just all around a professional team. I thoroughly would advise that you work with the team at Five Star Plumbing. I've had two other companies service my my old units and I was never pleased or felt comfortable with their service. Words cannot express how pleased I am with the service provided at Five Star!

Kaleb the technician was knowledgeable and experienced and quickly put together a plan to replace the water heater almost immediately. We thought we had an issue and called and he immediately came back and found everything was in proper order. His work was great and he was concerned enough to make a return visit to check on our concerns. Everything was in order, and we appreciate his concern and hard work, and of course his capability.

Very nice guy by the name of Josh took care of the situation and he went straight to the issue so he knew exactly how to do his job and that made me feel very secure about letting this company fix my issue. Also this company came very quickly to do repairs.

Great experience. Was notified when they were arriving and upon arrival was informed of work to be done. OJ and Cory were very professional and knowledgeable of the job they were performing. Old equipment was removed and area cleaned up. I highly recommend Five Star Plumbing and Heating for you needs. Thanks again for sending OJ and Cory for the job.
