Was so fortunate to have Johnny Chapman come to our home and repair a leak we found in our wall. He was quick, very kind, and knowledgeable. Would HIGHLY recommend his help anytime you have a plumbing issue!

Kaleb Snedigar was awesome. He fixed a PRV at my residence. He was on time, professional, and friendly. Very personable and knowledgeable as well. He was able to answer all my questions about my water pressure issues, water heaters, and also my other plumbing questions. My water pressure issues were so much better after he was finished. I also appreciate that he was informative about services (about a possible water heater replacement in the future) but was not pushy. I definitely recommend Kaleb and Five Star.

Hector and Jason was so very professional in the total install of my water heater! Very knowledgeable and honest! I would recommend them both and Five Star to others for sure! Worked hard and steady! Well deserving of lunch and more!

I am so happy that I went with Five Star for a new ac/heat system. From the sales person Chancller who answered all my questions and if he didn’t know the answer he made sure he got back to me right away to the fantastic team of Ron and Morgan who did the install. I can’t say enough about the install team. They were extremely knowledgeable and will go out of their way to make sure that the install is correct and working properly. They were so clean and neat with booties on their feet and drop cloths throughout the house and even vacuumed the floor before they left. I was actually sorry to see them go because I enjoyed them so much. I highly recommend Five Star and the great install team of Ron and Morgan!

He did a great job. He was quick and explained the problem the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because they came late due to their time running over with another customer. Appointment was between 2-5 and they got to me closer to 6pm

Xavier came out to do a routine maintenance/change the filter etc. He was very thorough, polite, and knowledgeable. I really appreciate him going into detail on the entire system and the different intricacies of it. They recommended I completely upgrade my system and quoted me 10k-12k. I’m going to think it over, but again as far as politeness and professionalism, I would give him 5 stars all day.

Cary Littlejohn and Chandler ? came out after the AC went out late last night. We called this morning and they got here at the opening of the time window. Very professional, pleasant, and clean. They explained what they were doing, what they found and suggested next steps. Best service call I've experienced in a long, long time. We called FiveStar since our current AC company wouldn't come out due to the holiday. We are now switching over to Five Star for all of our HCE needs.

He fixed my AC!! He constantly let us know what he was doing and how long each process would take so that we were comfortable and informed! Really nice guy! And the AC feels wonderful again! 🥰 Great Great Service

Have used Five Star Plumbing, Heating etc twice for electrical work. Both Tyler Carter and Ryan McLaughlin were great to work with. They were very professional and informative. Would definitely use them again.
