A large team came to replace our heating and air systems. They were extremely detailed and thorough. They also were very respectful of our house and our privacy. Dusty even asked if he could vacuum after they replaced the thermostats! Thomas and Dusty were extremely easy to work with and they did a super job. Thanks, FiveStar!

Called Five Star to come help with my heating system that was not working. The system is new and the office and repair person said it would all be covered under warranty. A day or two after the repairs were done I got a call saying that the labor was not covered and was billed for $500. A few weeks later the system broke again, they came out again to fix and found some loose parts. Now the system is now working again.

I have also contacted them multiple times to get an invoice for the original work. They have promised to send it but I have yet to receive the invoice.

I am a repeat customer of Five Star, and highly recommend their HVAC team. Josh and Matthew were a pleasure to work with. Josh was great at explaining the details, presenting different options, and answered all of our questions. Matthew was an expert in his field also. Both were professional and prompt. Couldn’t ask for more.

Tyler came here on a Sunday emergency visit I had leaking water through my upstairs ceiling from a clogged drain . He was pleasant swift explained everything and neat and tidy very informative and helpful !

Unfortunately we have had to use these folks twice since we bought our house in April 2022. Both times they have been exceptionally helpful, courteous, timely, and both times they did a great job. Very reliable.

Today, we specifically had an urgent need as our hot water heater bit the dust. Rocky got here fast, and got the job done fast as well. We had a roof leak that exaggerated the problem, and rocky stepped in to work with the roof guy as I had my hands full with sick and screaming babies. Super sweet guy who my daughter was smitten with, especially when he brought her lollipops. We have a lot of peace of mind knowing if we have any issues they will get here quickly and provide great service and will never rip us off!

Julian and Jason were really wonderful. I'd recommend them to everyone. They were actually ahead of time and did a terrific job. We were very pleased.

First time ever leaving a review for any company, but had to for 5 Star. Just outstanding professionals from start to finish. Josh our sales tech came out to check our systems and he felt soo bad when he had to show us that our units were totally rusted out and needed to be replaced, for a moment i thought he was starting to tear up ( kidding, but he really felt bad) Christina and Axel were great, our old unit was in the attic and it had to be totally disassembled to get it out, and the new one to get it up in the attic and put back together. Side note, wind storm one night while they were working and it blew off a portion of our siding, before I could even get a tall enough ladder they reinstalled it for us, they even bought some mulch to spread out around the units outside to match our landscape, way over the top customer service.
And then we had Hector come out to replace our current hot water tank and put in a tank less (Sweet) Hector is the man! He is truly a master plumber. Everything that we had done was professional, and the main thing was they educated us on how to use it with all that smart app technology out there, very cool.
Don't hesitate to call them, they are a joy to work with.
