Super pleased with the whole Five Star team. We were upgrading our main panel for our solar requirements. Our electrical technician Tim understood everything we wanted to get done. Services was incredibly fast and support was always there to answer my question.

Will be reaching out to Five Star in the future for other things around the house.

Chad Tucker was great to work with. He repaired minor issues with two of our toilets and offered some suggestions about hot water heater maintenance. He even found the source of an unpleasant odor and helped us with a solution. He arrived on time, got right to work, was respectful of our home, and was friendly and cheerful. He is a real asset to FiveStar!

Jacob and Josh did a great job installing our new HVAC system. They were here within a day and made sure everything was working and properly installed before finishing up. Would highly recommend them! Tyler did a fantastic job installing our new electrical panel. Would recommend Five star for all electrical needs.

Upon discovering that our air conditioning was not working we called HVAC service providers in the area. Five Star came highly recommended by our neighbor and we now know why.

Five Star were the first to respond and sent both a service technician and comfort consultant the next day in order to explore the best options given the performance of our 17 year old HVAC unit. Thank you Micah for taking the time to answer all of our questions and patiently explaining how to reach the best level of comfort with a new unit and additional zoning. You offered the most value in equipment, service terms and financing when compared to your competitors. The loaner of window units was much appreciated while we waited for the set installation date.

Micah's professionalism was matched by the installation team!! Ronnie and Morgan are great and definitely professionals. The two arrived on time daily on the three day installation. If it was not for the regular update on their progress or to offer explanation about the new system, the two worked quietly and seamlessly. They left every day leaving absolutely no trace of any work being completed. We appreciate the thoroughness in checking all aspects of the installation and calling in more service people to ensure that the job was done right.

It was an absolute pleasure to deal with this company. We first delt with Chandler. His knowledge and personality was the deciding factor to purchase our unit from Five Star. Jacob, Hayden, and Tahj were the very best guys for the installation. We really appreciate their great work and answering all of our questions. Wonderful experience.

Communication was great. Appointment scheduled conveniently and they even accommodated a couple reschedule requests. Our technician, Tyler, was super professional and kept me informed of the progress He took extra care to minimize tracking dirt and debris. Will use them again in the future!

Tim Gentry and Kaleb Snedigar did checkups on my house electric and plumbing. They both did not try to sell me on anything...which I appreciated. They did however provide great information, were very professional and courteous...I was very impressed and will ask for them for possible future needs. I feel Five Star really does a great job on employing knowledgeable people that really want the customer's total satisfaction!

I've used Five Star twice with outstanding results both times! The first time they repaired my gas furnace after it was fried due to a power disruption. They worked hard to troubleshoot the problem and repair it promptly. The second issue was a potential plumbing problem resulting in foul smells in the bathroom. Instead of trying to take advantage of us they quickly determined the real cause (not plumbing) and didn't even charge us for the visit! I have referred all of my friends who are homeowners to this very reputable business!
