Eric came early. Called and let me know he was going to be here in 10 min. He was. Very respectful, nice gentleman. He really worked hard to find the problem and gave me advice on the best way to use my heater. I love this company and all their employees. 100% satisfied with the work that Rocky Rainey and Tim Gentry with Five Star Pumbing and Electric did for me. My water heater had to be replaced and new wiring had to be done due to burn out.

While selling my home, the home inspection revealed a technical problem with a fairly new hot water heater. It soon became obvious that the way to resolve the problem was going to be very expensive….words that no seller is prepared to hear. Rocky Rainey really went to bat for me, working with both my realtor and Five Star management he was able to come up with a solution that we all could live with. Rocky, and his trainee Jason were prompt, respectful of my property, and did a great job.

Rocky came out to fix a pipe that burst from the cold weather. He is very friendly and easy to talk to. He gives good recommendations and gets the job done quickly and efficiently. I have used them in the past and will continue to work with them.

Bryan Rodriguez deserves to be recognized as an exceptional team member of the 5 Star family. His professionalism was outstanding and in my opinion an asset to this company!

Josh was thorough and wanted to get to the source of the issue rather than just treat the symptoms. His investigation showed that we also had mold in the system which he was able to clean. He recommended a UVC unit to prevent further mold issues, which he was able to install the same day. He was knowledgeable and understanding. We look forward to working with him again if any issues arise in the future.

Matt McCall was very professional as he came to service the new A/C and heating system installed about 6 months ago. Of course, he was courteous and wore his booties to protect our hardwood floors. He replaced the filter and checked out a nose issue for us that he was able to repair quickly and with no hassle. Anyone would be lucky to get Matt as their service tech.

Ryan was our tech. He was on time for the appointment, he was thorough in his explanation of our electrical needs and repairs, and he was very courteous. Very pleased with his service.

Ronnie and Conner were amazing. They worked so hard on making sure everything was done correctly and efficiently while installing our new HVAC system. Also, Caleb sold us the system and he was very thorough and professional. I would absolutely recommend Five Star to anyone.

Technician explained the issues and how to resolve them quickly. Gave me the cost and carried out the work in a timely manner. His work was excellent but he still checked it over before moving on to the next task. I would highly recommend Fivestar .
