I was expecting a quick visit, just change the filters and go. But Matthew was here an hour and a quarter, working the whole time. Really nice, friendly and very professional and knowledgeable.

My service tech was Jon Meyer. We discussed the problem. After inspection, he verified the repair needed but had to purchase additional parts. He returned with the necessary parts, made the repairs and left us with a working shower. Very pleased.

Summer of 2022 we had AC repair done. We asked for the parts discount because we had a service contract. They had no record of it and did not give it to us. A month later they started billing us for service contract renewal. We didn't renew because they obviously have problems.

The young handsome gentleman that came to my house, Ryan McLaughlin , was very patient very kind and explained EVERYTHING TO ME. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Just had a new Furnace and AC system installed by Ronnie and Conner. They arrived on-time, were very professional. At the end of day Ronnie made sure to provide an update on the progress and if any potential issues were identified. At the end of the job the area was very clean.

Just about 3 years ago, I had a AC replacement by 5-star and they did an excellent job at that time as well. They accommodated moving the outside unit to a better location and were exceptionally thorough in insulating the attic.

Good communication. Came during appointment window. Tim Gentry quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the faulty switch. He used shoe coverings and was very polite.

Tony Blackwell was professional in his work and generous with explanations and sharing his recommendations. The appointment was made convenient for us and was carried out as expected.

I had a new HVAC and duct system along with smart thermostat installed in my workshop by Ronnie , Morgan , and OJ . They were very courteous , and professional . Also , very patient with my many questions and frequent inspections of their progress . The work was meticulous and extremely well planned . I am very satisfied with the installation and would recommend Five Star without any reservations!

Once again, Hector is the man! Hector and apprentice Jason came out at the appointed time this afternoon and scoped a foundation drain for me to determine exactly where it came out and for any blockages.

The procedure went smoothly and Hector was glad to take the necessary time to explain their findings with me.
