We have had an ongoing problem with our Mitsubishi mini split system. It didn't cool in the summer and it didn't heat in the winter. This unit was not installed by Home Comfort Solutions. Home Comfort Solutions was recommended to us by a friend. We called for repair help and were treated to excellent service. We had an almost, immediate appointment with Aubrey, whose expertise is with these units. He came out the next day and was able to resolve this ongoing issue, quickly and efficiently. Aubrey was extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We now have an efficiently working heat and air system, at a very reasonable cost. Thank you so very much. You truly relieved a lot of stress for us. We will be a permanent customer now.

I took the time to shop around extensively, and Home Comfort Solutions quoted the best price to replace my gas/ac package unit. The new unit works perfectly, and the install crew was meticulous with the installation and the cleanup afterward. It was all done in a few hours with minimum disruption, and I definitely recommend them.

I called to fix a three month old system another contractor installed. Responded with same-day service. Extremely professional and expert in the field. Resolve the problem and got our HVAC back working. The office staff even met the technician with a necessary part so we would not be without AC in the evening. Highly recommend

They were sent out by my property management company found out it was a simple capacitor only $400 which they could have fixed then and there they decided to leave before putting the bid in then it took them 4 days to get the bid right and once the property management company approved the bid it took another 3 days before they decided they weren't going to work for my property management company anymore and left me week and a half without air conditioning. I had called about 15 times over the week a third of the time they wouldn't answer the phone another third of the time they would hang up on you mid call and the last third they just didn't know anything they couldn't give me an honest answer about anything I asked them when they would be coming out if they had scheduled it oh we don't know I asked them if they had to put the bid in oh we don't know everything they just didn't seem to know what they had done or what they needed to do it was the absolute most ridiculous experience from a HVAC company I have ever had. The only good part about the whole experience was the HVAC tech that actually came out he tried to argue with his boss to get to be able to put the capacitor in the first day his boss told him no and left me without air conditioning for a week when I have four children ages 2 to 7 in my house temperatures inside in the middle of the day we're at 95 to 98 degrees. After they decided that they weren't going to work with my PMC anymore my PMC called another HVAC service which literally had my HVAC fixed that day.
