Grant and Ty gave us an estimate for a whole home repipe and a new main line. They answered all of our questions as well as informed us on somethings that we hadn't thought about before. We definitely recommend Brothers for all of their services and especially Grant! While they were onsite for the free estimate they fixed our running toilet!

The are just collecting dispatch fees… I drilled a hole into my HVAC line. Repair should have been $300-$500 plus charging the line. They had the nerve to quote $1800 for the repair plus a estimate to $800 ( 6lbs ) to recharge. R410a is only $30 a pound. Look at the picture… the only logical reasons for a $2600 estimate is that they had no desire to don the work or they are just trying to scam home owners.

I have used Brothers a couple times now and the experience is first class. They immediately called after my online submission, and were on time for service appointments. I will continue to use and highly recommend them.

The guys are Brothers are AWESOME. Had an emergency plumbing situation and the crews were out quickly to assess and fix the problem. Have already recommended them to all my friends, and will continue to use Brothers in the future!

Good service, but exceedingly overpriced. $260 for a toilet seal replacement. As the technicians were there and I was in a bind, I did agree. However, I later got quotes from three other firms ranging from $115-$165. I telephoned Brothers to question the charges and was told their $260 price was the average. Not according to further research: nationwide $60-$200. Moral: Be wary and get your quotes ahead of time.

Brothers is a prime example of the service and the way that a company should be run. Their service is excellent, all the way from promptly confirming days and times, professionalism, knowledge, and friendliness of the technicians. It was a pleasure having Derrick take care of my yearly inspection of my HVAC. I appreciate his taking the time to answer some of my questions regarding programming the thermostat. I wish I could find businesses to take care of my other needs that were more like Brothers.

The guys were really great. They found and fixed a leak in my water line underground in my front yard. They didn’t just dig and dig either. When they weren’t 100% sure what to do next they would come talk to me. They took photos along the way which I received a copy of.
