We had the heat failed to fire on Black Friday, made the call after hearing about the company on WORD 106.3, the tech was on site in less then an hour. He was very professional and friendly. He explained the entire process as he went along. He showed photos of the system as well as explaining what we were looking at on the screen. We look forward to continuing doing business with Preferred.

I had the pleasure of working with Neeko Coley this week. He was very patient and worked through the issues with the manufacturer. I highly recommend him to my friends and family.

We are so very pleased with the services from Preferred. After a couple of bad experiences with other companies it was a relief to finally have someone to listen to our concerns and talk with us regarding what was needed, not just say what was needed and leave us hanging. Everyone has been such a pleasure to work with and I have found a company that I hope to be with for a long time. The service, repair and office associates are very pleasant and on time, which is a great plus for me.

We had Johnny Galivan come repair a pipe that burst over the winter. Couldn’t have been more helpful and made the repair in no time. Highly recommended.

Aaron and Kevin were both very polite and most importantly, on time! They performed my free checkup on my system but also explained everything quite thoroughly! I also purchased a monthly protection plan as well as some upgrades the builder did not provide. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service and would gladly recommend them to anyone. Thank you for one less thing I have to worry about!

A couple weeks ago we woke up one Saturday morning to a flooded garage. Our 20 year old water heater finally gave up on us during the night. We called several local companies but none of them could come out until Monday or Tuesday of the next week. From the first contact we had with Preferred Home Services we were extremely impressed with them. They assured us they would have someone out there soon and that they would get our install done that day. I wish I could remember the name of the person I spoke to on that initial call. She was so very helpful and sent us a photo & bio of who would be coming to our home and even kept us posted by text of estimated arrival time. Our technician, Alec, got there sooner than anticipated and was everything you want in a "repair man", very pleasant and professional. After inspection he confirmed the problem and talked over our options without pressuring us to spend more than necessary. The installation was outstanding and the unit looks and works much better than the original ever did. This was our first experience with this company but the next time we are in need of service, they will be our only call. We are well pleased with the service we received. Logan and Chris Gibbs completely replaced the faulty and improperly installed Uponor piping in our five-year-old house. It was a very difficult job due to the layout of the house, the bizarre way the original plumbing was installed, and the fact that much of the piping was run under and through the concrete slab foundation. Logan and Chris did a meticulous job of planning the job in a way that would minimize damage to the house and lawn, and they did a superb job of installing the new piping. The plumbing now works as it should have all along. In addition they were both genuinely empathetic about the emotional and financial impact that this situation was having on us and did everything they could to keep us informed and to ensure that they would provide us with an exceptional plumbing system, which they did in a manner that truly exceeded our expectations. Our already high opinion of Preferred Home Services was raised a couple of notches by the performance of Chris and Logan.

Chris was super friendly & professional. Knowledgeable. On time. Constantly communicated with me to let me know what was going on. Worked hard & fast to complete the task at hand. I had been w/o heat for about a week. This is what convinced me to sign up for the maintenance service program. When you're dealing with ppl who know their stuff no price is to high.

Mr. Clardy came out on time and had the materials at the ready to complete the job efficiently. He was polite, professional, and was able to fix our problem. We would definitely call Preferred Home Services again!

we're in the Greenville county and had a sewer line blockage.
Mike Corbett came out to actually assist with looking at a HVAC system, but once he learned of that more immediate issue got in touch with his office and helped with scheduling a plumbing technician for that afternoon. Alec Moore came out and worked diligently to relieve the issues and was helped by Chris Gibbs who worked magic on our system which had a bad sewer pipe break and root issues. This happened the Tuesday before Thanksgiving and we were able to still host dinner for our family,
saving the day!! We're getting scheduled to have the sewer line repaired and complete confidence in this company. The Preferred Home Team were truly life savers, we recommend them to all our friends and family.
