It was a great experience from sales call to completed project. Professional, knowledgeable salesman answered all my questions and presented reasonable options. He also gave info other companies did not which allowed me to make a well informed decision. The installation crew was on time, courteous, neat, and professional. The job was done on time and the work area left in better shape than at the beginning. I highly recommend them.

We were delighted with the professionalism of Preferred Home Services! Johnny, Alan, and Neeko did a fantastic job adding plumbing to our guest house and redoing the plumbing in our home. They were respectful of our space and made sure always to clean up after they finished for the day. They arrived on time, finished when they said they would, and there were no surprises. Nick and his coworker (I’m sorry I forgot your name 😩) were on time and very professional. I did not know that they were at the house for the most part. I received everything I wanted that another company was trying to sale me for $3K more plus I got a lifetime of preventative maintenance for my unit! I’m hoping that I don’t have to use the comp again but if I need to I definitely will. Thank you for taking care of my 5 plus years of uncomfortableness! Highly recommend Preferred Home Services!!

I had Chris Gibbs and his crew came out to fix many plumbing issues with under my house in crawl space all new plumbing and then inside ended up fixing all two bathroom sinks, kitchen sink, and tub, waterheater, and washer box. Ended up fixing broken sewer line outside along with broken water spicket

Chris Gibbs arrived at our house last week for a plumbing inspection. He showed photos of everything that needed to be repaired and/or replaced so that we would know exactly what he was going to have to do. Chris, Alan Holycross, and Steven Godfrey began work this past Tuesday and completed everything yesterday, the 8th. They were here each day, at the time promised. They worked consistently with each other and each had their specific task. They were super friendly and extremely professional. They are returning tomorrow, the 10th, to install our new shower. We highly recommend Preferred Home Services.

Our furnace kept cutting off (installed by another company 7 years ago) and Preferred went above and beyond to solve our problem. There were many things wrong with our installation which was in the attic --that mostly involved the venting from moisture in the unit...and Preferred took all the steps to make sure we finally had heat. We think they 1) are honest 2) dedicated to making you happy 3) have skilled team in place 4) quick to respond. I highly recommend them.

Alec the service tech that helped me was a great person, he explained what was going on with my system. Once the problem was identified, he purposed many solutions and then once I made my decision they worked with me on the schedule. The team they had come out to do the work a great job. They were clean, fast, and helpful.

They were prompt, courteous, very professional, respectful of my home and it's needs. I would definitely use again. Chris Gibbs and Alan Holycross did wonderful work. Thanks so much.
