My experience from the start could not have been better. The office staff was polite and professional. The technician, Alan Holycross was prompt, professional, respectful, and competent. After his initial inspection, he was prepared to go straight to work to identify the problem and work to correct it. After he found the problem, he shared underground photos of the damage and fully explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. He kept me informed on his progress and the project estimate throughout. He worked tirelessly to repair my drainage system and then shared photos of the repairs. He then thoroughly checked out my system and tested everything to make sure there were no more issues before he left. I definitely will use this company in the future for multiple system issues if and when they come up. I feel certain that this company is honest and keeps costs as fair and reasonable as possible for the customer. I could not be more grateful.

My husband and I didn't have heating and air for 4 months because of insurance company we are under. We called Preferred and they came the same day and installed the next day. They did awesome job. Mike, Juan, Jeremy, from Greenville. I believe if not spelled right sorry. They are the best!!!!!!

Go with this company If you want to spend an insane amount of money. I’m sure the work they do is good, but they over charge. They send out salesmen not technicians to come look at your AC unit. Charge you $500 to do it and then give you a list of things you don’t need. I have a 1 year old system they came out told me I had multiple leaks, told me I need parts that were covered by the manufacturer and quoted me $4,000 to get the work done. The gentleman that came continued to pressure me into giving him the money before I even had time to think. Get a second opinion on your unit if you have problems before you call this company for any AC work that needs to be done. And if you choose them prepare to pay top dollar.

We initially contacted PREFERRED HOME SERVICES after a neighbor that had their ductwork cleaned (homes are only 1 to 2 years old) and reccomended them. After we explained our problems they did a complete inspection and reccomended replacing all of the ductwork with hard pipe (original was flexible and held together with tape, the input and output boxes were (I believe fibre glass) and secured with tape that was separating and sitting on cinder blocks for support, all feed l Iines to the various rooms needed to be shortened and rerouted -- it was a total mess and would only last for approximately 5 more years and the home would never heat or call to our satisfaction. They gave us a quote and warned us that it wouldn't be a inexpensive fix and it wasn't. We agreed to have the entire ductwork system replaced and Cody arrived with his crew and all of the work was started on time and completed to our satisfaction on time. Thanks again Cody for being patient with us and explaining step by step all of the work. In closing Cody advised that in a week or two he would be available if the entire system wasn't balanced to our satisfaction. In our opinion it wasn't and PREFERRED sent E J BRADSHAW (there Technician with years of experience in the field) to our home to evaluate the problem -- it turned out that by running the ceiling fans in every room (we have been doing this for years) we were disturbing the balance of the system and would never balance properly, turned off all of the fans and now the system appears to be normal and I now refer to our home as the Ice Box !!! The Preferred team is amazing! They are so polite and professional, you almost forget the headache of having an issue at the house. During the entire process they were willing to answer any questions I had (I always ask a lot). You can tell they love what they do. 10/10 would recommend!

Preferred was quick to come out for a water issue we were having. Logan was professional and made sure to answer any questions I had. I was left feeling like they truly care about their customers and that it's not just all about money with them.

Justin is very professional and took his time reviewing my last visit and technician findings. Justin cleaned my gas burners, so I now feel confident that everything is in order and safe. Justin was pleasant to speak to, and we both share our love for God. Such a good feeling!

We had two pipe leaks due to severe cold weather. I had contacted a local plumber previously but after waiting 1 1/2 days , I called Preferred Home Services. The technician came the same day. Fine young man, detailed and proficient. Found the first leak and replaced a valve and after restoring water for testing found an additional leak in a fitting. He replaced the piping and restored our water. Charges did seem high but they did have to travel a good distance. Very pleased with their work.

I had a very good experience with John from Greer. He cleared the sewer drain and also gave me some excellent advice about how to avoid this problem in the future. He was so helpful and very nice. Thanks John.!
