My pipes froze and shattered, I had to replace all of them. I am SO very thankful to have found Preferred Home Services! When Alan Holycross came to give a quote, I knew I could trust him with my house! Which in my opinion is rare, he genuinely cares about his work. I am great full for Alan, Chris Gibbs, and Josh for an excellent job and all of Perfered Home Service (thank you Mrs Jeanae!) for redoing the pipes and water heater.

Logan, Alec, and Steven all came out and did a full re-pipe on my house and did an amazing job. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right and on time. Couldn't have asked for a better job done than what these guys did. Will definitely recommend to anyone who needs this kind of service in their home.

FINALLY,a quality oriented service for your AC/Heating needs, over the past couple years we have been nursing our 30 plus year old heat pump/ AC heating unit, however the prices we were being quoted was expensive to say the least, The one company that says “Call today and feel the D@@@@ difference” was so right, we feel the difference with a lot more money in our pockets after having the professionals at Preferred Services install our new complete unit including duct work, Clearly the Pros at Preferred Services have the excellent quality customer service and very competitive prices for others to emulate, with affordability being paramount these days Preferred Services delivered!!!

Chris Gibbs and Alan Holycross - Chris Gibbs came to provide plumbing inspection per my preferred partner contract. Started in garage where he sensed a slight gas leak from water heater. Using his meter with a sensor he calibrated to zero and began testing at the driveway and slowly proceeded to heater where meter went off like geigher counter. He took photos and made notes. Told me to leave garage door open a bit. We then went to each bathroom and checked toilets, sinks, showers and noted slight leakage which could become problematic. Went into basement where he showed me where slow leakage appeared. The main shut off valve also needed attention. Again photos and notes and answered any questions and made recommendations and offered options, explaining why services should be done. Next day Chris Gibbs and Alan Holycross came to repair heater leak and take care of all other issues such as correcting garbage disposal pipe flow, toilet and sink replacements and main water valve. They worked separately on projects and then sometimes worked together helping out. Very pleasant, didn't mind my peaking in to see what was being done. All work completed in one visit. I felt confident Chris and Alan took pride in doing a good job and leaving the customer satisfied with the quality of their work. They wanted me to feel I could trust Preferred with any future problems. Thank you Chris Gibbs and Alan Holycross.

Logan was very informative and kind. He was thorough in his explanation of what the problem could be, what the outcome of his service could be, and what a replacement cost would be. I will call him again if we need services again.

I had some trouble with my air conditioner and Preferred Home Services responded to my online service request pretty much immediately and they were able to send someone out the very next day. The guy who came out, EJ, was great! He was very professional yet personable and I felt very comfortable and confident in the information he gave me as well as the service he provided. He had my AC back up and running very quickly. He even set me up on a maintenance program to ensure my AC and heat continue to work properly. Over all I am very pleased and will continue to use this service.
