Working with Preferred Home Services was a joy! When our HVAC system failed, the scheduling and service teams were quick to get us a same day service call. Unfortunately, the 26 year old system had to be replaced! Our consultant, Mike Corbett was wonderful! He is knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and willing to go above and beyond to help his clients. He helped us to select the right HVAC system for our needs while also helping navigate a home warranty process. And, he personally came on the install date to make sure everything went seamlessly! He and the various teams, e.g. testing and installation, were all prompt, friendly, and well trained.

We knew exactly where we were in the process of replacing the HVAC system as each appointment was confirmed both by email and text message. This added benefit helped us to go about our days with minimal interruption.

Finally, and yes, of course, the cost of Preferred Home Services labor, equipment, and materials was competitive! And, the financing options helped us to navigate this unplanned expense!

Well done! And, I will use Preferred Home Services for any future needs we may have for home repairs.

Johnny Galivan came in with a great crew, (Neeko and Alan) and replaced every water line in the house and installed a tankless water heater for us. Completely finished in a work day and had it all cleaned up by 5 PM.
We knew that we were going to have to do this when we bought the house in the spring, we just didn't realize it needed to be done this week 😂
Honestly, I am sure that he saved us great expense as this was preventive and not an emergency.

The communication from the whole Preferred Team was great from start to finish. My technician, Justin, was professional, efficient, knowledgeable and was genuinely concerned about our problem. It ended up a simple fix and I was not overcharged or taken advantage of in any way. I'm thoroughly impressed and this is my new Go To company for services I need.

Our heating system completely broke down 2 days below before a large storm system with extended freezing temperatures. Preferred home services got a repair tech to our home within an hour of our call, went over the cost to repair versus replace options, and ultimately installed a new system—after providing space heaters as a temporary solution—the next morning (on a Saturday). Hard to overstate how thankful we were to work with a company who legitimately seemed to care about our well-being and was so exceptionally quick and professional through the entire process. Highly highly recommended!

I tried Preferred Home Services based on a recommendation and heard their ads on radio for the $59 system tune up. They are new to the area and I was VERY IMPRESSED mostly with the Technician ("Jay"). He was very friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. Although he offered, he did not try to pressure me into a service contract (Which other companies do!). I felt like he went above and beyond as far as the tune up. This was a very good value and they will have a big presence in the upstate if they continue with the great service.

We had EJ and Scott conduct an HVAC and plumbing inspection respectively.
Scott was thorough and professional. He provided us accurate information and details concerning our plumbing situation. Outstanding!

Scott completed a comprehensive inspection of all three of our systems. He provided us sound advice and recommendations on how to maximize our system going forward.

I gave Preferred Home Services a call and Lauren who answered the phone greeted me my saying how can I put a smile on your face. Then Alan the technician stop by an gave me option on price. He went through all protocol to make sure I receive the lower cost. He also educated me on the service and fixed the toilet. I am now smiling and very happy with the service I received. Great job to the both of you!

I called Preferred out to check and see if I had a plumbing leak, because my water bill had gotten higher than it normally is, and only to find out that I did not have a leak anywhere, but to find out that there's a new charge on my bill called Metro Connects that I didn't even noticed. I want to thank Chris Gibbs and Logan for coming out. Really appreciated you both

Very much appreciated both the HVAC and Plumbers who came today to service our household needs. They were courteous and told us exactly what the issues were and what we needed to do for correction. Plumbing was a success: AC is a work in progress but will undoubtedly turn into a second success!
