I was very please with the short wait time for our apt. The hold music was a kick while she scheduled me. The tech called me about an hour before and was actually early for our apt time, was professional and knowledgeable and even helped sign us up for yearly maintenance so I didn't have to remember to do it. Very friendly and respectful of our home while here would recommend to friends and family.

I had a bathtub that was leaking water into the downstairs bathroom. It was beginning to really damage the walls downstairs, so you can imagine my anxiety with the whole situation. After calling 5 different places, the only one that was able to help me was Wolcott.

Their technician came out same day, took a look, and was able to immediately tell me next steps. Unfortunately, he wasn't able to work on it that day because we'd have to tear down the walls, so he called another company in for me. That other company was great.

Once the tear down was completed, Wolcott came back out to finish the fix. They were quick, on time, and did more for me out of kindness. I wouldn't call them cheap, but fair and worth it in times of need!

Bryant returned to repair a damper handle that was broken during his initial visit. He answered several questions about this new (to me) HVAC system. Much appreciated, Bryant. This will probably be the last time I use them, however, as his manager told me to look elsewhere for my comfort needs.

Our heat went out and they sent over a person in 3 hours same day! Kyle is the man who helped us and he had our heat running again in less than an hour. Fair price, quick work, extremely nice person 10/10 would use again.

Wolcott has a stellar team for sewer repairs. They are prompt, efficient and leave the site as close to the way they found it as possible. I've had them do several sewer repair jobs for my clients and they continue to be the best price for quality work.

Cody should be sent out after every installation. His knowledge and patience were so helpful. He didn’t just assume, he investigated until he found the real problem. Excellent work!!!

Only hire these people if you don't care about your home. They have no respect for you or any of your property. They destroyed several of my plants just coming into the house. They have their pants around their knees and didn't even fix the problem. Not professional at all. Avoid this company at all costs

Kyle was excellent! Called this morning, and they were able to respond today, and he even arrived early. I appreciate the long trip he had to make to get an additional part for us. Heater is working! Thanks again!

We just had a new Lennox heat pump, air handler, and all new ducting put in and Wolcott did a fantastic job from start to finish. Our initial contact was with Corey who is extremely knowledgeable and was very thorough in the assessment and explanations (much more so than any of the other companies that gave us quotes). The price was also considerably better than some of the other quotes by more than 30%.

The crew showed up on time each day and they were very friendly and constantly checked to see if we had any questions throughout the process. Definite shout out to Hayden, Taylor and Tanner for doing such excellent and very clean looking work.

During the process, we discovered a leaking pipe and they had Mike out on site to get it taken care of right away. Everyone we dealt with at Wolcott from sales, scheduling, and installation was great and we've already recommended their services to friends.
