Wolcott installed my HAV unit. They were very clean and thoughtful. They kept me informed every step of the way. I highly recommend this company.

My family had been general contractors for 30+ years and I wish we would have known about this company at that time. Service was quick, work looked amazing, and quote was great for the remaining work that needs to be done. And yes, experienced and qualified plumbers may be more expensive than you want to pay, but quality and a willingness to find areas to cut costs were definitely a bonus.

We used wolcott plumbing. They quoted 1200 to replace hose bib which was burst, said can take upto 5 hours. The job was done in 45 mins. Feel cheated and duped.

I had initially called another local company to help fix with my air conditioning unit last summer, right before the heat wave. They told me I needed a new unit, but would have to upgrade my furnace for the new unit to work. In the meantime, they replaced a fuse for over $200, and it did nothing. They were to come back and do a 2 day job on my furnace and AC unit for $9,800, but later told me they wouldn't get the units in until November. A month later, I followed up, and the price had jumped $3,000, and they left me without any means to cool my house down during the heat wave, where my thermostat measured the inside of my house at 119 degrees.

I gave up on getting the ac fixed until now, fearing another scorching summer, and I called Wolcott. Richard came out, and found the blower had been turned off on my furnace (by the previous company)...and diagnosed the issue within seconds. $400, and 30 minutes later, I have AC. I'm so upset with the other company trying to scam me, that I feel they should be reported, and not allowed to do business. Thank you so much for your wonderful service. I'm so pleased to have had such a positive experience, and honest repairman.

We are very happy with the service provided by Zander and Taylor from Wolcott. Zander was easy to talk to on the phone and got my estimate done quickly. Taylor was very professional, polite and did a great job installing and explaining the A/C system. Would highly recommend!
