I especially want to share praise for Ryan, the tech that came to our home. Ryan was very conscientious in working clean and showing a great deal of respect for working in our home. He was very efficient and focused, yet in no way did he rush through a thorough explanation of his diagnosis (which was spot on), repair options, anticipated costs up front with a very thorough breakdown of those costs. He finished when he estimated he would, tested the system for proper function and thoroughly cleaned the work area.

Gordon Nealy arrived on time with an apprentice and completed the job professionally and quickly. The leak under our kitchen sink was fixed & we were given options along the way and everything was completely explained. We will definitely have them return for other projects and happily recommend them to friends and family.

Bryan Patterson was quick to figure out a solution to an electrical code issue & made sure it was acceptable to us. Followed up at the end of the day with an update. Both were very much appreciated.

Thanh Nguyen was one of the people that came out to install our mini split system. What a great guy with a wonderful personality. Like all the Sky Heating professionals Thanh was very thorough and was able to make our very full electrical panel work with our new ductless mini split. He worked so hard to get all the wiring where it needed to go. He is a very talented electrician. It was tricky. Thanh was even nice enough to let us know that the boxes in our attic were sitting directly on the drywall which could cause the drywall to crack from the weight of the boxes. Nice catch, Thanh! Glad you didn't fall through!
If all the other good employees wasn't enough, my first impression of the company was spot on! Really! The "voice of the company"is so important and the gal who scheduled my estimate for a mini split was the best by far, hands down. And I actually got about 7 bids in all. Wish I remembered her name, but talk about efficient, personable, great upseller, knowledgeable and gave me a positive impression of the company. And no, I didn't get compensation for my reviews. I'll be paying for this system for a longgggg time!

Diagnosis on my ac unit.
I have used Sky Heating several times before and have been extremely satisfied with this company!
My technician was Eric Velasquez. Eric went above and beyond for me. He gave me all the information I needed to repair my ac. I mentioned to him about an issue I had with a smell coming from one of the rooms in the house in the duct are. He took a look at it without any questions asked and found my problem.
Eric, I thank you so much for your patience and honesty you gave me while you were here.
