My technician was Steven Olson and he was extremely knowledgeable and checked all the boxes while diagnosing my problem. I have been having the same issue with my unit since we bought our house. The other company, who also installed the unit 10 years ago only went with the easy fix prior without fully checking the unit out, and because it was still under warranty at the time, only did the minimum necessary to "fix" it. I will definitely use Gresham Heating for all my future repair needs.

Very unprofessional, the workers in the office rude, mean, lied about what I was going to be charged. My siginature was forged by the guy who worked on my unit. His name is Steven. He never showed me the bill or gave me the opportunity to sign it myself.
Gresham heating and air conditioning is not willing to admit anything, I have it all on video an audio. They do not list their business address for a reason. Please be aware!!
I've called the attorney general the Better Business Bureau and Channel 2 News. I'm finding out they have many complaints on them.

Technician Corey was punctual, courteous and knowledgeable. However after he left we noticed another issue and called that very day. We left a message with the answering service, we had no call back. The next day we received the email from Gresham H&A with the report from the day before. It was as Corey verbally explained when he was here. However, 2 things he'd said needed attention and his boss would be in touch were not addressed, neither was our phone call of the day before. We sent 2 more emails, and 2 more phone calls over the course of a month. Nothing! No response, very poor service. If you're too busy to take care of customers, say so. Meanwhile we're paying more than we should in utilities, the equipment is running foul, it'll end up costing us more than necessary. We're new in the area and senior citizens.

Corey was on time and informative. Unfortunately, the communication between the office the answering service and the technicians is lacking. We scheduled for a maintenance of two furnaces and a report card on two furnaces. Corey informed us that his schedule only called for the report cards. When we received the report card, it was only for one unit and did not distinguish which unit. It took me over a month of phone calls, voicemails, and emails to finally get a response with the correct documentation. Only took one day for them to charge our card. A different representative had performed a report card on three units on another property only 6 months earlier. I paid $23 more this time for 1/3 less units. The first time we used their service, they were very late and I had to reschedule. So much for giving them another chance.

Scheduled an appointment. No one showed up and no one contacted me. Called multiple times and was old dispatch they'd contact dispatch and find out what is going on. No follow up. Called again and was told "no one can come out until Monday." Horrible customer service. Will not use.
