We are very satisfied with the work that has been done at our home. Corey Redfern and the team of workers from Gresham Heating were pleasant and very comfortable to work with. The job was completed as per contract with no unexpected costs.

They cancelled two appointments then were a no-show for the third. Unbelievably unprofessional. After this fiasco, I called Honke and they were very professional and actually showed up for their scheduled appointment... early. What a difference. Guess who earned my $8500 job? By contrast, Honke has been super reliable and have earned my future business.

Tyson and Corey were wonderful! Tyson came out on Monday to diagnose what was going on with my old furnace. Friday he and Corey were at the house to install the new system. Within less than 4 hours,we were back in business.

I set up an appointment to get an estimate for a new furnace and AC, but they never showed up. The following day I got a call from them apologizing, so I rescheduled with them. They never showed up for the second appointment either, and this time I never got so much as a phone call.
If you’re too busy to take on new work that’s fine, just be honest.

I feel very fortunate that Gresham Heating and Air was able to send a technician out to my home on the same day I called for AC repair. With a record breaking heat wave looming they were gracious enough to squeeze us in their crazy busy prime time schedule. Many thanks to the folks in the office and Tyson our technician. Tyson is very professional and courteous. He explained the ac system in laymens terms and also what he was doing every step of the way.
