Amazing service by Corey and apprentice. They took their time to make sure I had every detail I needed to make decisions for now and in the future. I was given options not offered by any other company. After 4 days of no heat we are again comfortable with what turned out to be a very easy fix. Definitely will be using for future upgrade. They even noticed our water heater and made sure we knew they could help with that as well!

Tyson and Corey installed a new ductless mini split system and tankless water heater in our log cabin. They did excellent work, were careful to leave cables hidden when possible and tidy when not, and were friendly, personable and nice to have around. When installation was complete, Tyson coached us on use of the system—VERY helpful! It was an expensive installation, but we’re very pleased with the outcome and can’t say enough about how good Tyson and company were to work with!

I called and got a tech out here the same day. I was sent a picture of Steven along with his number. He showed up on time, was straight forward (operator error caused the problem) and through. The problem was fixed quickly and he gave me some helpful advise on carbon monoxide detectors(get something between 1-50ppm detection) and placement (high up next to the air inlet for my hvac system). Since my system is 22 years old he even gave me a ballpark estimate for a new system.

I've had a lot of service calls at my house over the past 5 years and Steven easily ranks in the top 3! I'll happily call him back when something else breaks.

Tyson and his crew were very professional and did outstanding work. They gave me a quote on installing a complete new heat pump and all new ductwork as needed in our addition. He answered all my questions and educated me and saved me a lot of headache and trouble with trying to figure out what was needed
And he was right on with his estimated time and quote. I highly recommend Tyson and his company to anybody who wants to install a quality product with superior craftsmanship.

I called Gresham Heating and Air Conditioning to set up an appointment to repair some commercial AC equipment that we needed desperately. I was extremely clear that this was a commercial location and made sure to ask if they worked on commercial equipment. They were pretty busy so we had to book an appointment for a couple weeks out. They called me the day before the technician was scheduled and canceled on me. They told me they were not taking on new commercial accounts. In that 2 weeks I could have scheduled someone else to come work on it! They kept me waiting 2 weeks before letting me know they wouldn't do the work. I have now booked with another company and now have another two weeks to wait. HVAC companies are pretty busy right now so this extra 2 weeks is really hurting my business. Poor form Gresham Heating and Air Conditioning! Poor form!

Corey was here as expected. We recevice a text that he was on the way complete with a picture. Quick and thorough and repaired. He answered all our questions and seemed knowledgeable. Will call them when we need a new furnace/AC. Thanks Gresham Heating

I made an appointment for furnace service and they requested all of my credit card information. Feeling uncomfortable with providing all of that information before any work was done they said they understand and went ahead and scheduled an appointment. I waited at home for the appointed time and they never showed up. I called to find out why and they told me it is because I did not give them the security code for the card, well I am not comfortable giving someone my credit card information for a service they have not performed. In my mind it is not like ordering a product online and having the product sent to you. This was a service for which they had not yet performed. They should have told me that when I called to schedule service that they cannot schedule an appointment without the complete card information instead letting me think they would be here. Now I missed a days work and my furnace is still out. Now they say they cannot schedule another appointment for 5 days. I canceled the appointment and will never use or recommend this company again. Their office staff did not communicate their business policy very well.

Wonderful staff to work with. I had a new ductless heat/AC system and tankless water heater installed in my home and garage. Tyson and Corey were great and worked with me through the whole process. Very informative and answered every question I had. Satisfied customer!!
