I was amazed at the quality of work that was done on my heating unit and was very reasonable in price. Cory who was my tecnician was so knowlagable. I had been told by another company that if anything went out on the board, I would have to get a new Heat pump. Not Cory he showed me what he would replace and it was up to me, if I wanted to do it. Well I elected to do it now instead of waiting for it to break down later. He did nothing without showing me first with a flashlight what was needed to repair my unit.He was great and a good representent for the company. This company does not take advantage of Senior and gave me a Senior discount. I would and have recommended this Company to anyone.who needs work done.

My husband and I had a whole new heating system put into our home and I couldn't be happier with Gresham Heating and Air Conditioning.

We initially called because our new to us home's heating bills were off the charts - like $400! We thought the system must be broken, but Tyson let us know that our ancient fully electric system was just an energy suck! Tyson met with us and gave us his honest opinion, while also respecting our budget.

The Gresham Heating and Air Conditioning team were all beyond respectful, caring, and nice. The whole team was a pleasure to work with - Debbie, Tyson, Brian and everyone else! They were respectful of our home and never left any trace that they were there.

I don't think that Gresham Heating and Air Conditioning did the job for the lowest price out there, but that isn't what we wanted. We wanted a great job done well and they have exceeded our expectations! I would recommend them to ANYONE.

I was fortunate to sell our dream home with the sale closing to a wonderful family of four. I know the quick sell with these folks was greatly due to our fine heating system and lower energy bills. They have Gresham Heating & Air Conditioning Inc information and number and my recommendation should they need improvements or to upgrade the AC in the future. They will be most pleased and well-cared for by Gresham Heating and AC. I suggested they call them for check ups on the furnace as well to keep it in fine shape with no repairs,

I know the great improvement to our heating system helped these people to buy our home. They were happily amazed at the change in heating bill, I provided them showing much lower billing amounts after the fine work. Please know Nick and I both felt blessed to have the opportunity to meet the mother and son of a most reputable, kind and caring company. Of course, a better company does not exist, we know for certain!

The estimates were very fair as compared to many others we had received and the knowledge given to us by Gresham Heating about what would improve the cold areas of our home were right on the spot. Never a better job could have been done! Thank you to them for making our home warm and cozy spot in every square foot of its space!

These folks have great customer service. I had them install a new RUUD heat pump and furnace earlier this year. I have some major lung issues and felt I needed a new filter in my furnace during this very smokey time. They weren't even working during this smokey event, but Tyson came out regardless and installed the new filter.

Great experience. Called in the evening and they had someone out the next morning. The technician Corey was super friendly and knew his stuff. Provided maintenance to our current furnace and walked us through some options for a new one. The time is coming as it is quite old. Couldn’t be happier. Thanks!

Tyson Redfern and his coworker Cory were very professional and a pleasure to have working on my project. These two did an amazing job and I am very satisfied with my new system. Gresham Heating and AC worked us in quickly as we were in a time crunch. The service tech was actually a little bit early, very pleasant and professional. He showed us and explained to us in plain English what was happening with our system. We've used this company before and has always been our first choice for HVAC service.

Steer clear of this company, they’re too much trouble to deal with. I made an appointment to have my furnace serviced and cleaned at 3 pm on a Friday, I’m told the charge will be $170. I took off work early and drove home to meet the tech at that time. 3pm came and went and no one showed. Fine, I get it, sometimes jobs go longer than anticipated so I figured I would give them till 3:30 before bugging anyone. 3:30 came and I still hadn’t seen anyone or even gotten a phone call so I contacted the office and told them my issue. The woman I talked to apologized and told me that she would call the tech, find out what the holdup was and call me back in within 10-15 minutes. Great, hopefully we’ll get this sorted out. Fast forward to 4:00, still no word, 4:15, still nothing… So I call the office again, no answer. I try two more times over the next 20 minutes and still nothing, just an answering machine which I leave a message on before giving up. 4:45 I get a call from the woman at the office, she apologizes but the tech is caught up at another job and isn’t going to be able to make it. OK fine, it happens, but I should have heard about this at 3:15 not nearly 2 hours after my appointment. After finding out that I took off work in order to meet the tech she offers to do the service the next week after regular hours and for half price. Awesome, everyone makes mistakes and no one can control the happenings of the universe, it’s what they do when there’s an issue that really matters.

6pm the following Tuesday the tech shows up on time and gets to work servicing the furnace. Great, he seems efficient and knowledgeable, and I’m just glad to be getting this done. He finishes up and begins going over the findings and invoice with me. Sure enough, they’ve followed through on their offer for half price, except now there is an out of area charge, albeit also half price, that no one bothered to mention. Apparently, even though I’m only 10 miles from their office location it’s just too far away and their cutoff is a mile west of my house. OK… That would have been nice to know one of the half dozen times I had to interact with the office. I don’t bother to contest the charge and accept the invoice as it is, since it’s just not worth the effort and it is after all and as promised, half price.

All in all, I did get my furnace serviced and they did fix the initial appointment issue with the half price offering (it ended up being about $120 with the extra charge), but between the undisclosed charge and the fiasco of the first appointment I can’t say that I would use this company again.

THE AIR WARFARE GROUP

In the winter of 2007/2008, I hired Gresham Heating & Air Conditioning, INC to service my forced air unit. They sent out an employee who spent several hours troubleshooting the pressure switch and eventually diagnosed the control as the problem. He replaced both the pressure switch and the control unit, and the unit worked fine after that.

Then, almost six months later, we sold that home, but during the home inspection, condensation evidence was found in the unit. I called Gresham Heating & Air Conditioning again, and the owner's son came out on the service call. Within one minute of removing the cover, he immediately found the problem, a hose clamp that wasn't replaced properly during the repair. I mentioned the guy's name to the son and he said, "yeah, that's why he is no longer working for us."

After this, I received a bill from the company for a $95 service call. I contacted the office (which was the owner's wife) and I explained what the son had found and asked if they really thought that they should bill me. She said, "yes, it was a service call." I paid the bill and will never call Gresham Heating & Air Conditioning again. And I encourage others to avoid them as well.
