I called for service on the AC unit at my rental property. The person I spoke with did not identify themselves as the answering service, took down all kinds of information, and made all sorts of promises that could not be kept. Needless to say, I was lead to believe that I would get next-day service (which I then promised my tenants), when it was actually a 4 day lead time. I did not use this business and will not be calling them again.
