We just had A&E Heating ( they bought Clawson) do an A/C install on our existing forced air system. Let me tell you, they did a great job.

The crew showed up on time. Ruben, Nick, and Zach were top notch dudes. They knew exactly what needed to be done and got after it. There was also at one point where a change to the plan needed to be done. And Ruben explained to me way and showed me the fix before starting it. I really appreciated that. You can tell all three of those guys care about their trade.

All in all I would highly recommend this company to do anything heating and cooling related.

We recently used Clawson A&E to replace our entire HVAC system from top to bottom. Can't say enough about how pleased we are with the entire process from the bid to the install.
Rick was great to work with during the bid process and took the extra time to help us decide what we needed for our space and explain what our options were.
Ruben Nick and Zack did our install on time and on schedule with very little down time on our system. From the new pad for the ac to the new sheet metal work all done on site and it all looks and functions perfectly.
We had more than one contractor working in the space and they were able to coordinate without any problems.
We have used Clawson for over 10 years to maintain our old system and they have never disappointed us.

This was a large project and a significant investment in our home and we couldn't be happier with the finished product.

We were extremely impressed with the professionalism and courteousness shown by the whole team.
They were tasked with: installing a heat pump, air handler, removing 90% of the flexible ductwork with metal, and separating the area of the home into 3 climate zones. They came with a plan in hand and truly listened as we asked for a tweak here and there. Upon completion, the basement where they worked looked better than when they arrived.

Justin came and did a wonderful job. He was able to troubleshoot the problem quickly and get things working again. He explained some general maintenance tips that will come in very handy and keep my system working well. He even put the new filter in I had laying around. I replaced my old heater and added an A/C unit six months ago. The installers were on time, and did a beautiful job. I was given an overview and instructions on using the new thermostat and filter cleaning. They called me in six months to come and make sure the heating unit was functioning properly, cleaned the filters and said they'd be back in October to do the same for the new A/C unit. They weren't the cheapest bid, but they sure are the best choice and I'm happy to say I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a competent company to do business with!

Clawson expertly installed my H/AC system in 2010 and has serviced and maintained the system since then. I can’t say enough good things about this company as it and their employees have always shown the highest level of reliability and professionalism in their dealings with me.

I called after hours on a Friday evening about 630 and an a technician. Returned my call within 20 minutes. He was at my house by 7 PM. Very courteous very knowledgeable. Repaired my heat pump, and I had hit again by 9 o’clock. I highly recommend Clawson, and in the future will consider having them be my furnace, air conditioning company.

Customer service at all levels was fantastic. Angel was pleasant and helpful. Philip was professional, and explained his work in detail. The repair was done quickly in the middle of cold weather and holidays I've been a homeowner since 1987. This was one of the best home repair experiences I've ever had.
