Sky Heating, AC, plumbing and electrical rock. You should specifically ask for Conor he was our technician. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Should you need your AC cleaned, or repaired etc sky heating is the way to go!

I signed up this year with SKY Heating & Air Conditioning for my annual a/c & Heating maintenance service. My representative Ryan Lynk provided a very thorough excellent service and assessment of my unit. He spent 2 hours here cleaning and providing service for the units and gave me a very detailed report on the condition of the units and provided recommendations that could extend the life of the units. Ryan was very professional, on time and respectful of my property while in my home. I would highly recommend this company if you are needing service or maintenance of your HVAC.

We use Sky Heating and Cooling for all our HVAC needs. Most recently, Matt performed an annual HVAC maintenance. We live in a multi-tenant building, so gaining access to the heat pump and air handler isn't as easy as it might be for most single-family homes. Matt was patient with me as I navigated what was needed for him to identify the appropriate heat pump and while working with building maintenance for access. Matt was friendly, prompt, and professional. When giving me the overview of my options, he was plain spoken, yet descriptive. This was another top-notch experience with Sky Heating and Cooling!

I called Sky last week to make an appointment for an estimate. The appointment was confirmed and I was given a 3 hour window of time. I cleared my schedule and made sure I would be available. The appointment was to discuss venting a hood range through my roof, installing AC throughout my home, and getting a fan installed in a bathroom. I shared all of this information in the initial call. I called at 9:54 this morning, the morning of the appointment, and was informed that my appointment had been canceled due to them not working on hood ranges. I had only called to ask if they could give me a better idea of when they would be arriving in the 3 hour window. I explained that I was frustrated that the appointment had been canceled without any form of notification. The receptionist transfer me to their sales team. The sales team reported that they had called me and that they were sorry they weren't able to reach me with enough time. I explained that I had no missed calls or voicemails. He verified my phone number and address both of which he had correctly. I explained that the hood vent was only one piece of the work I needed done. He immediately offered to get me in touch with someone else to discuss planning around the AC and bathroom fan. I explained that I would not be working with them based on this entire interaction. I was very excited to work with a woman owned business that came highly recommended. Them not valuing my time and claiming to have called when they didn't doesn't set a great precedent for a expensive and extensive job.
