Mitch Schlagbaum is an outstanding tech. Knowledgable, fast, effiecent, went over all possabilities and problem was not with HVAC which he figured out. Excellent Service and very nice guy.

They sent an electrician, Braxton, who understood our interest and explored all options before suggesting the one he considered most appropriate for our needs and preferences. Sky Heating did a great job! Our electrical panel went out, meaning we were completely without power, and we called several places, all coming back to us saying they couldn't get to us for a few weeks / months. Sky Heating scheduled us a week or two out to get fixed, but upon hearing that we had no power whatsoever, moved things around to make sure we had power the very next day! The electrician that fixed our panel was very professional and knowledgeable, highly recommend this service.

It cost me almost$500 in just a few minutes and the guy said if we don’t pay in the meantime cash he’s going to charge us almost $1,000 but what he did ta just a small clock on my toilets bowl he use his machine in a very short time

Dan B. was our technician today to service our air conditioning unit. The fantastic communication started with a text message from Sky Heating when Dan was on his way. We toured the HVAC locations together and he set off to work. Afterwards Dan showed us all the pictures he took: before, after and issues he found. It looked like our AC unit was never serviced and the pictures really highlighted how much work Dan did to get us back to peak performance. Dan also discovered a crack in our furnace's heat exchanger and throughly explained the implications of that, including leaking of carbon monoxide into our garage and a failing igniter. All of this was documented with pictures (done using flexible camera equipment) and a report emailed to us at the end of the service call. Dan was polite, hardworking, patient with his explanations, thorough and tidy in his work, I could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you Dan for an excellent appointment despite the bad (and expensive!) news!

As an aside, we have been Sky Heating customers for about a decade. I recommend Sky to everyone who asks me for an HVAC recommendation. Hopefully you will find my experience helpful as well.

We purchased our home last year and had plumbing work done, this was the annual inspection and the technician was professional and pleasant. Highly recommended for any plumbing, electrical and heating/cooling services.

Service tech John Jepsen was the absolute best. He was right on time, extremely professional and was able to figure out the issue with my A/C unit and repair it that day. I highly recommend him and this company.

Constant Communication from office and Joel, professionalism, knowledgeable and friendly. This team was great. Our shower was leaking into our kitchen, we tried to diagnose ourselves but boy am I glad we called Sky before we got further into it. They were able to fit me in with an earlier appointment ( appreciated this very much) and came out and fixed quickly. So now we can shower in our bathroom and not be rained on in our kitchen ( directly below our shower). Yippeee!! Will certainly use them again. And if their other departments are as great as Joel and his team, I’ll use them for electrical, hvac etc as well. Highly recommend. My dog even approved of them. Thank you!
