I was very pleased with my experience with Wolcott. Bryant did a great job! He came to my house to a do a furnace tune up. He also gave me several options to address my heating issues and answered all my questions. He was very honest and didn't try to sell me anything. I will continue using Wolcott.

Wolcott came to my house today to deal with a furnace issue having nothing to do with the tune up that was done in September. I wanted to add to my above review because I am so impressed with the company's honesty and integrity. Corey, Ken, Bryant thank you!! As I stated previously, I will continue using Wolcott and will refer anyone looking for a referral to this company.

I called Wolcott on Thursday and Jake was out on Friday. He gave me a bid and came back on Monday to do the work. He was polite and respected my opinion and talked to me as an equal. He did a fine job in a short amount of time. Kudos to Jake and Wolcott!

Michael and Joshua arrived an hour early from the scheduled time to clear a clogged drain. Much appreciated. The service was excellent and they were very fast. Both men were very personable and professional. We will definitely choose Wolcott again for any plumbing needs we have.

Changed appointment time just like every other HVAC company I have contacted, but once they showed up, it was much better. Ken found 3 errors by previous HVAC service on my AC, one that caused a leak on my garage floor, another that melted a wire and blew a fuse. He corrected the problems, did all he could, but unit is old, and I don't think Wolcott wants to replace it, because I am dealing with a warranty company. I cannot blame them for that-it is very complicated to get reimbursed. All in all, Wolcott is the best I have used so far. (Now to find someone who is competent that is willing to replace the unit.) I'd say the rating is 4.5 because they don't keep appointments, but other companies don't either. If you need AC service, call Wolcott, but expect that they might postpone your appointment.

Addendum. I was able to find someone else for installation, but Wolcott came out for servicing. They still have a little trouble getting here on time, but this time they were only late by a few minutes, so I can't complain. (As I said, it is very difficult to find a company that comes on time.)

I still have confidence in them and would not hesitate to use them again. Cody checked everything and gave tips on what we can do to keep it ship shape.
Showed me how to clean water that comes from coils. I recommend them highly.

Kyle called ahead to say he would be early to make sure that worked for my schedule and it did. Kyle was professional, informative and speedy with my heat pump annual maintenance. He gave some suggestions on furnace filters which I appreciated.

$346 to put a zip tie on a leaking condensate line, which was shutting off the heat. Tech said it should've been put on when the unit was installed. Happens to have been installed by Wolcott when the house was built. Lesson learned.

EDIT: In response to the owner, check your files. I called you guys about this before I posted a review and was told the visit was "fully billable."

Ken Sullivan was courteous and professional. He quickly troubleshooted the issue and pinpointed the run capacitor as the culprit. The replacement capacitor cost $325 in additional to dispatch/diagnostic charge. Charging $325 for a $25 capacitor is definitely way above industry standard. Even though I do like the service provided by Ken, this will be the last time I use Wolcott. I really missed how reasonable Perfect Climate pricing was before they got sold to Wolcott.

Called in about 2:00 on Tuesday afternoon because furnace was blowing cold air. I was shocked when they said someone could come right out. Cody was there shortly and was able to fix the problem. My mom is 102 years old and it’s just about impossible to get her down the front steps these days. We couldn’t have her staying in the house with no heat - but didn’t know how we’d get her out. I can’t say enough good things about your service and Cody. Really made our day! Wishing Cody and everyone at your office a Merry Christmas!

I operate a senior living community in Troutdale and we recently contracted with Wolcott when we had an issue with our hot water valve. Of course it was a Friday, and by the time they determined what the issue was, it was late in the day. They did not want to fix the issue that day (late on a Friday) and instead suggested that they could put a "temporary bandaid" on the problem and schedule it for a different day the following week. Because this is a residential long term care facility, we needed to have the work completed after normal working hours because the water would need to be shut off for approximately 5-6 hours. We picked a date, scheduled with Wolcott, and sent the appropriate notices to the residents. An hour before our repair services were to start, the technician showed up and asked if our water was working ok with the "bandaid", which it was (thankfully). He then informed us that he would not be completing the work that day as he had some other emergencies come up. We tired explaining that we have given notices to residents and staff and made arrangements and this needed to be completed. He refused to do the work and left.
This was horribly unprofessional. I will not be using their services in the future.

The service was great! He called when he said he would to let us know he was on his way. He showed up just before he said he would. Very professional. He found a minor leak that we were not aware of and promptly fixed it. Explained everything well. The only thing that he did not do was turn the gas back on when he was finished.other than they, it was excellent!
