Chris was a great service person that shared his expertise and gave quality service on our furnace. His supervisor Zander stopped to check in and he answered all of my questions about upcoming renovations and gave quotes for future projects. Very thankful for thoughtful and thorough service people!

We broke a waterline while digging a hole on a cold day. Tried to fix myself could not do it. Mike from the plumbing sector came out and did a fantastic job to my understanding he was working after hours he didn’t even take a tip! He was very responsive and and respectful the whole time, always replying with a “yes sir!”. He then sat and waited for the glue to cure for another hour in the freezing cold dark. Would highly recommend and will definitely be using this company again. Great job Mike!

Had an unexpected water line puncture on a Saturday afternoon. Their after hour technician Michael responded quickly and was pleasant and helpful in a very stressful situation. He even help contact a restoration company to come out right away. He fixed the leak and got my water back on. I appreciate how helpful and responsive he was. I felt at ease knowing he took care of the leak.

I purchased a whole house water filter system and Sean with Wolcott came out to do the install. I'll admit I was a little hesitant on the install cost at first but I also don't mind paying for quality work. I'm kinda OCD with how stuff looks in our house/garage and Sean did very nice work and made the plumbing look very professional. Even after everything was all said and done, there was a very slight leak at one of the threaded parts of the filter housing and Sean promptly came back to resolve it, which was awesome.

Sean also came back out with Grant to flush my tank-less water heater and replace the galvanized nipples connected to the supply lines with brass ones so they won't rust and cause future issues with the water heater. They did an excellent job with that as well. I was amazed at the amount of rust in those fittings just in the ~9 months since our house has been built.

Overall, they did excellent work.

I had a leak under my crawl space and I choose Wolcott Plumbing because they were located close by. They turned out to be excellent folk to work with. They were very patient, answered all my questions, did an excellent job fixing my pipe which was located in a ghastly place that was hard to access. I would use them again and highly recommend them.

Grant was amazing!! He was incredibly nice and accommodating. He looked over several things at my house. He did what it took to replace my water heater! Amazing service! I will be calling back when I need plumbing service.

Excellent Service, Professional and Friendly Technician
I really love this company! They call a day in advance to confirm the appointment. They call when they are 20 minutes away. Both this technician and the prior technician were professional, informative, and friendly. I appreciate their willingness to educate me on my equipment and explaining how things work. This particular technician informed me of the the inferior catch basin which is standard for new builds, based on the builders requirements, but it provides no access to clean out the sediment build-up. I'm glad they replaced it with a catch basin they can monitor and clean. I also like their preferred customer program.

Wolcott was the company that installed the HVAC in the new construction house I purchased two years ago. They were the most competent vendor used by this particular builder. I purchased a maintenance contract for a twice annual checkup on my furnace and condensing unit which is a critical need for keeping the system running to its life expectancy. The Technician, Matthew, that has been out twice for the service is highly professional and very knowledgeable.

Yesterday our water pilot on our water heater went out and we could get it back on. Called Wolcott Plumbing and they sent someone out same day. Grant was at our house within the hour and he was super great for it fixed and we have got water again. He also went out of his way to send us water heater and a repair quote in case it went out again. Overall super happy with the service.

After we determined that our water main was leaking, I stressed over who to hire. I called one large plumbing company, but they said they were too busy to look at our job. I contacted Wolcott because they had a really good rating here on Google and I was not disappointed.
The plumber team were on the earlier side of the appointment window. They showed up clean and professional and ready to work. After a quick assessment of the issue, they got right to it. They were done the same day and filled in the hole that had been made. The charges for the job were right on the estimate that I agreed to before they started. There were no surprise or hidden fees. I will definitely call them first, for my next plumbing job.
