Cody did a great job. He was on time, and explained what he was doing. He also had talked with your electrical department about installing a new disconnect box on the side of my house, for my heat pump. Everything went smoothly. He also re-labeled my circuit-breaker box, so that it was easy to read which individual breakers did what.

I was very pleased with Cody, and will request him in the future to provide HVAC service for me.

I'm having my place re-piped and plumber Mike was coming to do the paperwork. I came down with Covid and when I texted him to cancel our meeting he offered to pick up groceries or anything else for me!
I have had Wolcott Plumbing out a couple of times before and they always send Mike. He is just the nicest guy! He does good work, on time and at a reasonable price. I would recommend Wolcott Plumbing and Mike in particular.

We were told our furnace needed replacement by another company, so we got a second opinion by Wolcott. In the course of 1 hour, they figured out the problem and fixed it. Thanks for your help!

I had Bryant with Wolcott come out again to install a fan on our gas fireplace. When he was out for our annual maintenance in October this was one of the upgrades I had asked him to quote me for. As with before, Bryant did a great job, walked me through everything he had done, and discussed more options with me for some future upgrades we would like done and what the best order to do them in would be. Great service, will continue to go to Bryant for my heating and cooling needs.

We just bought our condo and of course the heat and AC stop working after 1 week!
I knew it was gonna still be warm for a while and we would definitely need heat for the colder months.
I reached out assuming it would be weeks to months before anyone could come take a look.
They worked with my busy schedule and sent someone out that same day!
Kyle was really nice and helpful. He was able to get our ac running and answer all our questions!
We will be using this company again for future maintenance and repairs!

Weekend plumbing rates to be expected. Sewer backed up into the basement from a clog. We paid for line snake and a sewer scope but he thought it was still clogged when he left because there was standing water in the shower drain. He never removed the drain grate to see the toilet paper that was preventing drainage and told us not to use water (or toilets!)until he could come back Monday, two days later. Did not complete all basic testing as would be expected but incidentally the snaking did fix it. We were just not going to wait around for a $800 hydrojetting that would not have improved the flow any further. Never received a video for the scope and can't imagine how much that would e cost additionally. All in all, appreciated that it got fixed, but wouldn't trust their resolutions in the future due to incomplete testing. Maybe he was the only one in the field? If so, it's affecting the service. Get that man some backup and stop taking short cuts

I am truly impressed with Bryant S. He has been to our house a couple of times and he's friendly, efficient, engaging and professional. He is a person I would recommend for anything you need done.
Wolcott plumbing has always been responsive to my request for service and I wouldn't choose any other firm.

I was grateful to get a call that Cody was running early and on his way. Fireplace switch repaired quickly and they even cleaned the glass. I'm ready now for the cold weather and holidays. I would highly recommend Wolcott. Their technicians are always very friendly and professional. Thank you!

Excellent interaction with Bryant and Jacob. Although a maintenance call turned into a a consultation due to our home being less than a year old, they took the time to answer our many questions. They even got us on the schedule for April! Super nice gentleman who clearly know their business. Great reps for your company. We will sign up for a regular contract when the time comes. THANK YOU!

I had some plumbing issues and water leaking. Anthony came out same day and did a great job and was super friendly. He answered all my questions and he explained everything where I understood. I would call him again for any future issues.
