I had my entire plumbing system replaced from the meter. Nick came out and did a stellar job. He put in long hours to get me back up and running. The quality of his work was really great. He took the time to educate me on the differences of my new PEX pipe system and I felt that he was very knowledgeable. We ran into a few problems along the way and he maintained a very positive can do attitude. I could not be more pleased. On the final day of installation Tom And Kyle came out to finish up. Tom was also very knowledgeable and great to work with. Tom and Kyle worked in the crawl space all day connecting pipes and insulating the lines with no complaints. The work ethic these guys had is rare these days. I would definitely recommend all three of these guys to anyone in need of a high quality install. Thanks Appolo!!

The entire experience with Apollo was first class. They were extremely prompt and courteous with correspondence with Kim, our service tech, calling an hour before arriving. Kim was professional, polite and extremely thorough. Kim spent over 2 hours ensuring our AC system was working properly, never tried to upsell us and was patience walking me through all his finding. I couldn't be more happy with the service they provided. By far the best service experience my wife and I have had since moving to Portland.

Both Nate and Justus were friendly and professional; offering opinions without pressure. I was thrilled that they were able to complete the work the same day as the estimate. They kept a tidy work area and let us know what they were doing throughout the process. They even took our old vanity out for us.

Tyler Males from Apollo Plumbing, Heating & Cooling, came today to clear the drains in my kitchen and tub. He did a great job, was super friendly, and he was fast and efficient!
He cleaned the drains that had been clogged. Yuck had begun backing up into the kitchen sink and tub. Water was no longer flowing.
All this has been resolved. Tyler was able to get everything cleaned out and back in working order.
I appreciate his time and am very satisfied with his work performance.

Kyle B. called before showing up, was there at the beginning of the time window allotted & for a same day appointment. Other places I called, said they couldn’t get me in today, tomorrow or even for the next few weeks. The whole process took about 3.5 hours, from viewing our current water heater, going to get the new water heater, removing our old one and installing our new one. Different options for financing available, easy to do. Very polite, quick and efficient. A little on the pricy side, but what isn’t these days.

One of their technicians name Brandon came out to do the diagnosis. He was fast and efficient on figuring out the problem. Provided video evidence of the issues and explained what the problem was. Was able to fix it then and there and was out in an hour. We now have a warm house for the winter again! Not only that he wore shoe covers in the house. Very glad because we had just gotten our carpets replaced that week and it was rainy!!!

Office wise, Amanda was great help and so pleasant to speak to. If you’re going to be spending a chunk of money, spend it somewhere good! Would recommend this company for their great staff and service.

I called Apollo Plumbing because of a previous positive history working with them in the property management business. I needed to check on the function of our private sewer line, because the City was in the process of upgrading the public line.

Stacey took my call, and answered a number of questions for me. She was able to expedite an appointment because the sewer work was going to start soon. She was polite and patient with my questions.

Cameron was the technician who performed the camera scope work on our drain line. He showed up on time, and was also patient with a long list of questions I had. We went through the entire scope video, and he was able to point out trouble areas, including a large root ball in the middle of our line. He explained several solutions, and he arranged for quotes to be developed for repairs. While it was unfortunate that our system was not in better condition, the sewer line was approximately 75 years old, and we assumed the scope report would reveal a less than perfect system.

We appreciated the thoroughness of their work, and now must decide which way to go on further repairs. Thank you Apollo Plumbing!
