Justus and Nate were fantastic! They were clear in explaining all of my options and didn’t pressure me to make a decision one way or another. They also gave me additional tips about my house without trying to scare me. They are both knowledgeable - and fun!

Very happy with Apollo heating and air! We had Mario come out on a Wednesday morning to go over the costs of installing AC and by that next Friday it was being installed.
Mario was personable and honest. We never felt like we were being taken advantage of and felt the final price was more than fair.
Dennis and Joseph did our install. Both guys were extremely nice and knowledgeable. They took the time to do the job right and go over everything with us in the end including any questions we had.
I would recommend this company to anyone with heating/cooling needs. They are honest people who work hard and want you to be happy.

I contacted this company and told them what I needed done, which was adding a line set and charging a new AC/Heat pump system. They sent out a technician who looked at the job and charged me a “diagnostic fee” of $156.60 (after veteran’s discount) and told me the work would cost $3650.65 (after the $48.22 veteran’s discount).
I questioned the high cost for a fairly easy job and was told, rudely via email, the material cost was $1324.40, and the labor cost was $2426.25 which included, according to the email: paying for the tech to do the work, office staff to book the call, their vehicles, “etc.”.
While I understand how business works and the cost of doing it as I was in construction for 20 years, I found three other reputable, highly rated companies which have the same associated costs but bid the job at $1600-1800.
I don’t like to be cheated or treated poorly when I request a service and question the cost so did not go with this company. You do what you will but there are other companies which will treat you better and for a fair price.

Called for replacing release valve on water tank. Technician arrived. Recommended a new tank. I declined, restated I wanted the valve replaced. He stood on my driveway for 5 minutes, then sat in his truck for 10 more. 2 hours later he returned.
I declined his service.
I do not recommend this company.

David came out to bid on replacing my furnace and AC today. He was prompt, polite, and actually a lot of fun to have in my home. He gave me honest info and covered all the options available.
Everyone I’ve dealt with at Apollo has been great. Highly recommend!

Have had this issue a few times over the last 13 years. This is the 1st time I have used Apollo Plumbing. Eric came out and listened to what I said. Kevin came out to help scope the sewer. The original iron pipe is rusty, scaly and the joints are buckling. So I finally have my answer. I'm going to have Apollo "reline" the iron. I'm very thankful t have the peace of mind knowing the cause of this issue. To further my peace of mind I'm joining their "Total Home Care Club"

LOVE this company. Eric Buckner came to my home to clean out our mainline. Im a woman and was home alone with my two kids and was nervous to have a stranger in the house. When he knocked on my door he introduced himself and was so kind and professional there was no room to feel nervous or worried. Before he even arrived I received a text with his photo so I’d know who to let in the house. He joked around with my kids and gave them coloring books as well. Each time he’d have to leave the house he’d knock again before re entering so I’d always have a heads up. He was so quick and thorough as well and left behind no mess even though he was doing a dirty job. Honestly best service I have ever received from any type of maintenance I’ve had done. I highly recommend this company!!

There are several things I like about Apollo. First is that when I called about clearing a toilet drain, they gave me an estimate which turned out to be the actual cost. A lot of companies hedge on what you’ll eventually pay. In addition, they promptly offered me a service slot the same day and showed up within the window of time that they quoted. Tyler was the technician who came and he was great. He answered all my questions, offered advice, and fixed the problem. He was polite and friendly but didn’t try to talk me into services I didn’t need. A couple hours later, Stacy called to ask if I was satisfied with the service and if everything was working. To me, that showed that they are serious and conscientious about the quality of their work. I would definitely call Apollo again and I highly recommend them.

The kitchen drain became clogged late Saturday. We unsuccessfully tried unclogging it by plunging, using a biodegradable chemicals, Dawn dishsoap, etc.
So, first thing Monday morning I called various companies looking for help. All were one to three days out and all had quite expensive service call fees.
Conversely, Apollo had someone available that was here within the hour, and they only charged a very reasonable $60.00 service-fee.
Our technician Eric was friendly and professional. He got to work immediately and quickly resolved our issue. His work area was kept neat & clean, and there was no evidence left behind that someone had been doing plumbing work here. Eric took the time to explain the procedure to me, both before and after he performed the work.

I have used Apollo exclusively for over 20 years. They are always efficient, timely and good value. Eric was the responding tech this time. He gave me great advice on maintaining the drains long-term and offered a more permanent solution. Sales of additional products/services was appropriate and helpful, rather than pushy. Charming guy who knew what he was about!
