Emily, who set up the appointment, and Tyler, who did the work, were both great to work with. Communicative, timely, courteous, and knowledgeable (and careful with the money that we were spending on their services). I highly recommend.

Chad Richardson was a huge help in determining our non-issue.
Eric Buckner did a great job with a sewer scope and cleaning.
We have used Apollo for 20+ years and everyone from scheduling to site work has been friendly and professional.

Devin was informative about his findings and didn't add anything that wasn't necessary.

Update: I have had Apollo out to perform 3 different services: hydro-jetting the sewer line to the city main with subsequent cured in place pipe (CIPP) installation, and a re-pipe of my entire home. From scheduling, third party financing, and all the team members that came out to my place, everyone was helpful and didn't sell me anything they felt I didn't need. I do have a recommendation for additional work, but on the advice of the team, I will perform other pressing fixes to my new to me 113 year old house. Thank you Apollo!

Apollo is professional, fairly priced, and TRULY 24 hours of service.

Our sewer backed up on a Friday night after normal business hours. It was an awful mess and I discovered that most establishments that advertised 24 hour actually mean that someone will answer the phone and schedule services at anytime, but no one had plumbers available to actually provide services until the next day.

Apollo, on the other hand, responded quickly. Eulises got some information from me over the phone regarding the issue, and told me he was currently on another call but could get back to me in about an hour and come over. His quoted time was extremely accurate, and he was here quickly after his other job was completed.

His price quote was accurate, too, and the pricing was reasonable.

Eulises was very professional, courteous, and efficient and was able to get us draining again quickly.

I will definitely be using Apollo again whenever we need plumbing services.

We have no problem at all with the service given as it was done very well, a 15 minute repair that took 90 minutes.The repair man tried to sell us a new hot water heater and talked for half hour about other things. We were charged over $600 for the repair. We had already cut out the plaster board and had every thing ready for him. Maybe this is their going rate but I thought it was excessive for the work done. I questioned it but was assured it was correct.

I received service yesterday for a backed up drain to my septic system. Jamie and Robert arrived on time and they were very knowledgeable and professional. They were able to diagnose and fix the problem. Awesome service!

I have been a customer for many years and was so pleased that I joined their Home Service Club. Then I had a faucet break and bought a replacement but noticed that I had a leak,
and the access valves were corroded so I called my go to plumber Apollo.

The plumber came and gave us an outrageous quote. We trimmed the request but he still wanted a $1,000. It took a week to get the appointment and we had come to trust Apollo so we went ahead. It took less than 2 hours to complete the job. I paid the bill but later I called and asked them to explain the bill, as $500 per hour seemed extreme.

I ultimately talked to a manager who told me they quote by the job, and I okayed it, so essentially too bad for me. In other words, if it took a half hour the cost would have been the same because that was what they quoted.

I called other plumbers and provided the information that was provided and asked them what they would charge. I provided them a quote that ranged between $450-$600 depending on the complexity of the problem.

I asked Apollo to give me a breakdown of the hourly charges and parts or refund the dues I paid for the Home Service Club.

It's been about a month, and they have not responded. I post this a warning to be careful and demand a detailed estimate.
