Tristan was great. Was able to come to my home on the same day of the service request. Completed the work in a timely manner and was good explaining the work that was done.

Amazing service in our “moment of need” - our AC went out on Thursday as temperatures started to soar. After calling many AC businesses - including the company that had been performing annual maintenance- to no avail, Apollo called us promptly on a Saturday morning with a confirmed time slot. Tristan was fabulous as was the entire team who helped with scheduling and updates. Thank you, Apollo!

Cameron Cooper must be one of your best employees as he is kind and was considerate of all of our concerns. On our difficult repair, he was professional and zeroed in on the problem with a positive attitude to complete the job. His work ethic has convinced us to consider Apollo for other upcoming upgrades that we will be doing. Thank you for your prompt response and service!!!

Brandon Chin did a great job on my AC system. He went above and beyond what he was there to do. I had 2 rooms that weren’t cooling very well so he took a look a look for me in my attic. He found a couple of problems fixed them quickly and no charge it was his pleasure to help out. Now that’s customer service I will never use any other company other the Apollo for my heating and cooling or plumbing needs from now on.

Sean Kenyon was absolutely amazing, I was kept informed of his arrival. He showed and talked me through what he was doing, he was friendly and professional. Highly recommend Apollo we’ve used them several times in this old house

I last used Apollo in 2011 and have referred them to others. The tips they gave me last time helped my drain line work until this week when I put a lot of lettuce down my disposer. (Apparently lettuce is actually glue.) Apollo’s service is excellent. I called them at 7:15 am and the technician was here by 8:30 and out the door at 9:30. All my options were carefully explained and Devin was very knowledgeable about drains, disposers and water pressure. I highly recommend Apollo. They’ve grown and now do HVAC and many other services too!

Called early in the morning and got to talk to Sarah, she was great, super helpful and able to fit our job in right away! Our techs at the house were Jamie R. and Angel. I can not say thank you enough! From start to finish office to the field tech, they are spot on and absolutely a pleasure to work with! Fair price, professional and timely service, all around a great experience that if I ever have another plumbing need these are the guys I want to work with on any future projects, they even left it cleaner then how the got it! Thank you Apollo, Sarah, Jamie and Angel you guys rock and are worth your weight in gold appreciate you guys helping us out like you did!!!

I called at least 15 plumbing companies because I had a faucet that could not be turned off. Apollo was the only company who actually cared. Their office staff actually called me back to see if I was able to find help. Taylor was a delight, such a nice person. He was knowledgeable and worked to get me the best price. I am grateful!

The service person Tyler Males was able to come assess the problem with my kitchen sink plumbing that was clogged. He was very prompt, polite and knowledgeable. He inspected the plumbing and cleared the drain efficiently and with no mess. He explained what he assessed were the issues in a way a person like me that knows next to nothing about plumbing could understand.
The experience was quick and straightforward, the technician Tyler efficient and has great customer service skills.I would highly recommend them, and hope to have them address any future plumbing issues I may have in the future.
