Apollo Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning - OR

We live in Portland and have been using Apollo for ~3 years for multiple plumping and A/C services and just love working with them. Every experience is simply lovely and each time they have been so helpful, informative, professional and excellent communicators. Not only are their services and expertise truly outstanding, but each experience (5+ times we've had them out for different services) talking with them has been totally delightful. Complete and total trust for Apollo! And as a relatively new home owner, I really appreciate the time you all have taken to help educate me on all the options available and put together really thoughtful bids. Thank you Kevin, Doug, and David and others for your skillfulness and kindness. (Even our dog, Dezzy, says thank you for the nice pets!) :)

Tyler came to our home to clear a completely clogged kitchen sink drain line. He did an outstanding job 👏 - thank you Tyler. He was very professional, courteous and persistent. He had all the necessary tools and equipment to perform the task. And, through out the process, he maintained a clean work area. He also did a great job cleaning up afterwards. I would have no reservations or concerns using Apollo Plumbing - Heating - Air Conditioning again in the future.

Apollo did a fantastic job yesterday installing our new Bryant furnace and AC. Dennis and his team, including Juliana and Michael (with crawlspace assistance from Victor), were professional, competent, and all had great attitudes. Apollo's pricing was competitive and they provided a generous veteran's discount as well. My wife and I recommend them enthusiatically!

Robert was on time, professional, and quickly located the leak under my kitchen sink. He wore shoe covers and was careful not to leave a mess after the work was completed. I am very happy I called APOLLO PLUMBING. I now have a perfectly functioning sink. He also inspected my 2 bathroom sinks to make sure there were no leaks. There was no charge for the inspections.

We had been dealing with slow drains in our guest and master bathrooms pretty much ever since we bought our house 8-1/2 years ago. We called out different plumbers and they would clean out the drains and put some drain opener down the drains which worked for a while, but then the problem would come back. I listen to IHeart Radio and heard Apollo's ad and knew this was who i needed to hire. Tyler came out and I told him I wanted more done then just cleaning the drains a little and pouring drain opener into the drains so Tyler said he could jet the drains, which would clean the pipes out really good and remove all the sludge buildup so we had Tyler jet the drains. Tyler explained everything he was going to do and even showed me how to remove and clean out the sink traps. Once Tyler was done, our drains flow seamlessly like they never had before. I will always call Apollo for any of our plumbing or heating needs.

Tyler was great to work with and he even brought our recycling can up from the curb since it had been trash and recycling day when he was here. I would recommend Apollo to anyone needing a plumber.

Nate and Mike did a fantastic job. They arrived to site early and were very communicative on everything. They fixed all the issues and went above and beyond and explained many other plumbing things. I will absolutely be calling back and requesting Nate and Mike again in the future if I ever need anything plumbing again. Nate and Mike deserve a raise. 5 stars!!!!!! Thank you again Nate and Mike! I really appreciate how above and beyond they went for me!

We had a kitchen sink that was backing up constantly and couldn’t clear out ourselves. Called up Apollo and they were able to come by next day and clear that line out fast. Erick Buckner our service technician that helped with the drain was very professional and very detailed on the scope of work he was doing. Thank you very much Erick!!

The installers arrived as scheduled and immediately went at the project. Michael to disconnect the outside unit and Evan on the indoor air exchanger unit. They ran into many unforeseen obstacles during the install, but all were overcome expeditiously and professionally. When they were done, I couldn't even tell they were there, except for that fine looking unit in my side yard.

I had the technician Sean today to fix a clog in my kitchen/bathroom sink. My kitchen sink drained into my bathroom sink and would flood my bathroom. I was sent a text with a photo of Sean and also received a call from him telling me he would be arriving right at the beginning of the estimated time frame. Sean evaluated my problem and gave me multiple options from lowest cost to highest, never making me feel pressured on which option I chose. He was sure to mention the membership which were all reasonable options from 1-5 years. Sean cured my house’s ailments today and I have never felt so thankful to have someone I have never met in my house!! It was such a wonderful experience and I can’t believe my drain problem is over for such a reasonable price. I LOVE your radio commercials and they work!! Never change! Thank you guys!!!

Sink backed up-first appt never happened from the 8-12 window by 330pm I canceled.(shoutout to Erica from dispatching keeping me updated and being super pleasant) Rescheduled, arrived an hour after time window of 8-12 completely understandable for people to have busy days but the staff and technician Eric Buckner that came today completely made up for it. Fast, efficient, friendly, professional. Definitely recommend!
