Apollo Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning - OR

I'm posting on behalf of my grandmother, who had a clogged drain in her bathroom sink. She wasn't sure who to call and I recommended Apollo Plumbing since I've always had great experiences with them over the years. She was FLOORED! As an old lady, who lives alone, she was weary of having a stranger enter her house. Sean was the technician. He was on time, polite, kind and even wore booties to keep her white carpet clean. My Grandmother had removed all of her bathroom items from her cabinet so Sean could work without having an issue and he even offered to put them all back so she wouldn't have to do it herself. He was so kind to my grandmother, respectful of both her and her time. She told me if she used the internet, she'd give them 100 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

On March 31, 2023 we contacted Apollo Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning to have them come out to our house. I spoke to Isabelle who was very kind and professional and she acted quickly to send out a plumber in just a couple hours.

The technician Tyler arrived as promised and attempted to clear our washer and utility drain with an electric snake. Upon further inspection he discovered the problem and discussed the next steps to permanently fix the issue we are experiencing

We also signed up for their total home care plan in order to have them return and inspect our furnace and air conditioning. Apollo promised priority service and will continue to help with keeping the plumbing, heating and air conditioning in our home serviced and working properly.

My wife and I are very happy with Apollo at this time and plan on using their services in the future.

Had a leaking drain in the house so I booked with a company recommended by a friend. They were supposed to be on site between 9 and 12. At about 13:00 I called to see what's going on they they said they can't get to me today and they will come some time the next day.
I called Apollo and they were able to schedule me that day and they were timely, professional, offered great service and good quality work.
Eulises did a great job, completed work in time and cleaned up after himself very well.
Sarah, followed up on his work and made sure everything was done right and I was satisfied with the work performed.
Overall very satisfied with their services and fast response on a short notice.
I will use them innthe future and I would recommend them to any family and friends.

I was getting estimates for a ductless mini split. One of the companies was Apollo. Mario was my salesman, he did a good job. Gave me a competitive estimate, and even let me know I would qualify for energy trust if Oregon discount. Which they give up front, and they do the paperwork for, which is nice. Overall I would recommend them as they are local and family owned.

Tristan was my technician - he came out on a Sunday, diagnosed my problem and had it fixed by Tuesday morning. Tristan was so kind and knowledgeable and walked me through everything he did. I will absolutely use Apollo again and I will request Tristan every time. Thank you all for your awesome service and quick response. I should add that my furnace couldn’t be fixed on Sunday because a part needed to be ordered but to ensure my Dad and I didn’t go without heat Tristan left me two space heaters that kept us perfectly warm until the repair was done. What an amazing act of kindness!!

Eric B. Was fantastic. He handled our clogged drain in mere minutes and at a reasonable price. He was friendly and professional. Would use Apollo again.

Unfortunately we had a bad back up in our drain on a Sunday and we needed help. I called a few places but Apollo answered right away and had someone at our place within 2 hours. They sent out Cameron Cooper who was amazing. He diagnosed the problem within a few minutes and fairly quickly he had the drain cleared. He even found out the blockage was on the city's side of the line and then showed me how to submit the paperwork so we could be compensated. They did seem to be a bit more expensive than the other places but I feel they may be worth it. Highly recommend Cameron Cooper and Apollo!

Eli and his manager Chad came by to do some work at our house today, and both were extremely approachable and professional. The price was very affordable, with no fall off when it came to the quality of their work. Would highly recommend them, seriously doubt anyone would be disappointed.

I am a single parent working from home with a 5 year old home for the summer. Nate showed up on a crazy busy morning, jumped right in, installed a new shower head and faucet so I could keep working. He even helped me get my hot tub cleaned out. Super friendly, super courteous. Hope I don't need a plumber again soon but, if I do, I know who I'll call.

Sean Kenyon was absolutely amazing!!!! He cleared my toilet clog quickly and efficiently. He was very professional and informational. He provided me with a packet and explained the benefits which was super helpful. I even got an information packet for my parents. I am definitely considering now becoming a member.
