I was more than surprised to find a live rat in my toilet the other night. For obvious reasons, I freaked out! The staff immediately responded. Sara who books appointments was wonderful and brought some sense a humor to the situation. Eric Buckner came shortly thereafter to resolve the issue. Fortunately it had left the scene by the time he arrived. He scoped out the drain and was able to locate the dead rat and pushed it back to the city with his camera. A bit disturbing that it came from our city line and could happen again but apparently it is very rare. Eric also provided the video of the scoping which is great to have for future reference.
The response was very prompt, and the staff was very helpful, and the price was reasonable. Many thanks to Eric and team!

Apollo Plumbing was extremely responsive and was able to get in the day after I called, which was even sooner than I can have them! Apollo sent over Jonathan to fix my leaking toilet, who was wonderful to have and laid out my options in a way that was easily understood. Fantastic work and totally trustworthy! Our plumber Eric went way above and beyond on a very challenging plumbing issue on our 100 year old home. I felt like they got underpaid but they stuck with their original price and did whatever it took. We’re definitely using them again.

We had a drain back up 10:30 on a Sunday night. The dispatch and tech couldn’t have been more helpful. Tim, the dispatcher was kind and understanding even called me back to say the tech was on his way. Cameron the tech came right out. He went above and beyond to finish the job staying until 3 o’clock in the morning. Afterward, he called me back with an update. He was super helpful and even suggested some fixes. I recommend Apollo for any drain issues at all. These guys are great!

Cameron was awesome. Called ahead to let me know an ETA. Arrived on time. Was very friendly and professional. Answered all my questions. And left the area clean!! Big plus for me!! Nothing worse than having to clean up after a plumber leaves.. but not with Apollo. Cameron left it as clean or cleaner then he founded it!! Will definitely use again and recommend to friends and family!

I am a new homeowner and my house has a few plumbing issues. Luckily, Apollo has been a great vendor to help educate me about how my water lines and drain lines should operate.
This week, Eric was dispatched to my house for a clogged show tub drain. He arrived on time and explained all my options. He successfully cleared my tub drain for a bargain price.
While he was here, I explained that my laundry drain was backing up water. He correctly diagnosed the problem was actually coming from my kitchen drain and offer two options for clearing. He completed jetting of my kitchen drain that solved my laundry room backup issue. This had been a problem for a month and he correctly fixed the problem within an hour. So grateful to use my washing at full capacity again! Thanks Eric!
Last week, Joseph was dispatched to my house to install a new kitchen faucet. He did a great job and explained how to replace the batteries since my new faucet includes a motion sensor to turn on and off (so cool). The kitchen faucet works great!
Two weeks ago, Apollo completed a cured in-place pipe repair to eliminate root intrusion. This was completed while I was out of town and they communicated with me throughout the entire process. They share before and after sewer scope recordings. It was simple and cleared my sewer drain without any digging, very convenient and effective!
I plan to continue using Apollo for all my heating, cooling, plumbing and drain needs! Very pleased with their services.

We had a great experience with Eli getting the clog out of our shower drain (one that I couldn’t reach with the snake I have at home.) He arrived on time, didn't recommend doing any unnecessary work, finished on time and for the estimate quoted over the phone. He left a brochure for residential HVAC services, we're checking it out.

I noticed flooding Wednesday morning and Apollo was able to have someone out by Thursday morning. Eric Buckner was my service technician and he was absolutely incredible, 10/10 would recommend! He was really informative and explained things communicated really well, was respectful to me and my home, and was great with my furry ones at home! If we ever have problems again, I'll be calling and asking for Eric personally!
