Heater went down and called Apollo, they sent Brandon right out to our house. He diagnosed the problem within 20 minutes had a quote with recommendations. He came out the next day with parts in hand fixed our heater in less then one hour! Great guy very friendly and knowledgeable, will always use Apollo for our future needs!

Cameron Cooper was very thorough. He explained what what going with easy to understand details. He made sure to double check that everything was working right, and cleaned up before he left. OUR HOUSE WAS A PLUMBING NIGHTMARE! Kid's Toilet wouldn't fill. Our Kitchen Sink Faucet was falling apart and the faucet in my bathroom had the pressure of 90 year old man!

My family had a huge plumbing issue in our kitchen over the holiday and Eric Buckner came out and not only fixed what previous people sent out couldn't fix but also fixed our bathroom which has had clogging issues for a while. Very impressed with Apollo. We called to have our new furnace looked at after a bad install with another outfit, and to have our AC unit serviced. Whomever my wife spoke to on the phone that set up our appointment was really lovely to talk to (wish I had her name).

But the phone call setup is often the easy part. When you patronize a business like Apollo, your experience all comes down to one thing; the person who comes into your home and the impression they leave on you.

Brandon Chin came out to do the work. We got a text with his picture so that we'd know who to expect (which is very necessary these days with door-to-door scammers). He gave us a much appreciated 15min call ahead, and showed up wearing a quality mask (we had requested a mask due to having a severely immunocompromised family member). I really want to highlight our appreciation of Brandon for this part; we're at a point in the pandemic where precautions aren't the norm anymore, and you never know what you're getting when a technician of any kind comes to your home. Are they just wearing a t-shirt sleeve on their face? A bandana? Nah. Brandon had a better mask than I did (and mine is a good one). He was very conscientious about having it on when he would re-enter the house. We never had to stress about it for a second.

On top of that, Brandon was just a cool guy. Like, it felt like having a buddy over who was also very knowledgeable about HVAC stuff, and professional. He could seamlessly switch between casual banter and getting down to brass tacks about our HVAC service. He was clear and concise about what we needed, what he was doing before he did it, and how much it was going to cost us, but it never felt sterile or without a personal touch. He was also very friendly to our dog, who is very excited by visitors. That part is so above and beyond to me. He's here to do a job and not required at all to give our pup the time of day, but he did, and it means a lot.

In this day and age it is just so refreshing to deal with someone who is very good at their job, and who seems to take pride in it. Apollo should feel great that they have Brandon out there representing them in the field. We'll be calling again when we need their services, for sure.

Apollo quickly and efficiently replaced our main water line after detecting the leak.

Apollo is by far my favorite plumbing company in the area. They are very communicative and the prices are fair. Today Eric Buckner responded to a call for one of my residents and was very prompt and thorough in his explanation of the service needed and the pricing options I had. I appreciated his extra time to go through everything with me and hope to see him again soon!
