One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning

Unfortunately we had a bit of bad experience. I want to share this everyone for awareness sake. Our AC broke few days ago. I called one hour heating and air and they promptly responded and the technician showed up the same day. Upon diagnosis the issue turned out to be a simple capacitor problem. The technician fixed it. It didn't take much time. However the issue is they charged me $307 for the capacitor excluding the service fee. Later I looked up online and I was shocked the same part sells for less than $20. I called the customer service to ask about why they ripping me off. I was not happy with the answer. Their justification was the cost of the part includes the warranty, replacement labor etc etc. Anyway the whole thing ended up costing me $500. I have never paid more than $75 for such repair ever. So be careful about the charges. I know they are good at responding quickly but it comes with a hefty price. I don't think I will ever call them again even though the technician was courteous and knowledgeable its not of a shame that the pricing fixed by their corporate spoils hard work and credibility the people on the ground are putting in

We agreed to receive a estimate for replacement of the ac system as it was indicated that providing this was a free service that they were happy to schedule. I was asked by the customer to meet with the technician/salesman. After he recklessly threw around some broad range of prices for two different alternatives I asked him to provide written estimates to me. He suggested that he had valuable information that someone needed to hear and that a written estimate wouldn't do that, I declined. He was very unhappy with this and demanded to speak with the homeowner. He was obnoxious rude and way too pushy. This guy was a real jerk. After he left me he did promptly find the owner and accosted them in the same manner. Unfortunately I wasn't there to see that or we could have had a different outcome. I would avoid this company at all cost.

Bobby was amazing in every way. Honest and very informative. Would highly recommend Bobby and could only pray if we have any future issues we get him. Thank you for sending Bobby, he saved the day.

They were punctual, courteous and knowledgeable.
They replaced our furnace and air conditioner in record time. We had received many quotes but for the price and value we went with One Hour We are very pleased that they were able to do the work so quickly. Our new system is so much better and more energy efficient than our old system.
We would definitely recommend One Hour Heating and Air. We will be using their service in the future.

Zach Austin was friendly, professional and most of all honest. He did a very thorough job and explained everything very well. All HVAC techs should follow his lead and work ethic. I haven’t always been happy with One Hour, but if I could always have him out for our services I would be very happy! Please give this man a raise!

Unfortunately I had to get my old system replaced but Tom was very upfront and honest with us. My old system was roughly 18yrs old and was well past its life expectancy. Tom did quote repairs but also quoted a new system. We ended up being proactive and got a new system with great financing. Definitely made a customer for life. Thanks!

We were extremely satisfied with this company. Billy was the technician that responded and he was on time, extremely professional, and very knowledgeable. He completed the work in a relatively short period of time and the price was fair. Highly recommend!

Kenny was great and on time. He took care of the problem and got us back up and going. He also taught me a little about the unit. Very nice guy.

Kenny has come out a couple of times to fix my heat pump and thermostat- he is great! Explains all the steps of what he is doing and kept me informed. One Hour is always very responsive and easy to work with!
