Kenny came out because our ac wasn’t cooling. He was fast, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He went above and beyond multiple times to help me understand how to care for my system and ensure it works properly for a long time. I’m thrilled with his work and he was enjoyable to work with. When Jake arrived he was very polite, professional and respectful of my home. He was very knowledgeable and did not play any games about needing this or that, no sales pitch. He was informative and gave straight answers and explainations. This we truly appreciated because we have been jerked around by other companies. We decided to continue doing business with One Hour as we finally found a company that isn't just trying to get in your wallet. We will also request Jake for all future maintenance requirements.

Tom was fantastic. On-time and diagnosed the issues on both of my heat pump units. He was professional and walked me through each of the issues. Very impressed with his quick diagnosis and fix. Tom is knowledgeable and really cares about getting up and running without added on costly repairs. I will use Tom and One-Hour again for all my HVAC needs!

Billy was awesome, and his service was great! He was very professional, and quick to assess the job. He provided clear instruction on what needed done, and left no questions unanswered. He explained in great detail what the problem was, and gave me clear solutions. I’m actually pretty sure he even showed up early, and was very kind. I also liked getting to know that he’s from the same city I’m from, because a lot of people I meet never know about our small, little town. I get worried about my dog in these types of situations also, but he was so cool with my eager pup and was patient with her excitement. Awesome service! I will be using this company again in the future.

Paid this company $139.00 (just for them to come on the weekend whether they fix the problem or not) for them to try to up sale me. I knew when Kenny was in my basement and told me what I already knew (that my unit was old) he wasn't trying to fix my unit but to sale me a new one. He claimed I needed a new condenser fan for $1,800. Claimed I needed a new compasitor for $300 and some R22 freon that was $1000 because they only have one bottle of it since it's discontinued. Horrible just down right disgraceful when they know people are desperate. My husband called his heating and cooling guy to come out that man didn't even come in the house to look at the indoor unit. Replaced one part and now it's cool. All I can say is when your gut tells you someone/company is trying to swindle you out of your money just listen.
