After five different quotes coming out to replace our AC furnace system Baker not only had the best quote, they were very professional, kept to their schedule, left the place looking better than it did before they installed everything. Highly highly recommend this company. I also used this company several years ago at our previous residence to replace a water heater. Same best service same best price. KUDOS to Baker.

Our air conditioning went out on a Sunday afternoon. I left a message on Baker's website late Sunday, and they called me first thing Monday morning. The service technician, Schon, had everything back in order by noon!! Schon was professional and friendly, as was the person who made the appointment. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this business!!

Need a new hvac and hot water heater. Baker gave us options and explained advantages/disadvantages of both. They provided friendly customer service and we were glad we chose to select them.

Had my water heater bust. The Baker team was extremely helpful and easy to work with. Very fair price and very good service. Using them for everything I can going forward.

Last night, I discovered that my home air conditioner was no longer working. Upon several recommendations, I called Baker at 8:30 this morning. Chris arrived at 11:30 and I had a working system by 12:30. His knowledge was top-notch, but his customer service was even better. He took time to explain what he was seeing and did not try to upsell me when he had the chance. In the end, I got service that was quick, accurate, thorough, and very reasonably priced. Not to mention a very clean outdoor unit thanks to Chris. Next time someone asks me if I "have an HVAC guy", the answer will be Baker Heating & Cooling.

The Baker Heating and Cooling office immediately returned my call in the evening (7/1/2020) on my water heater, even though it was purchased through another company. Their service representative Charlie came out the next day and identified the expansion tank was the problem. He had also assisted in putting in my A/C and furnace in 2015 with Baker. He checked my A/C and replaced a part under warranty. What company does that anymore 5 years after installation? Everything was corrected in 24 hours. Charlie is efficient and is a problem solver. He thinks on his feet. A rare find in service these days. Next time you have an A/C, water heater, or furnace problem, your first call should be to Baker Heating and cooling.
