Kenny the technician was very professional and knowledgeable about the service, timeline and future updates or enhancements I needed. He was very nice and genuine on how he interacted with me and I appreciate his passion for his work.

Tom is very knowledgeable and professional. My A/C is 15 years old and on it's lastc legs; my furnace is the original and is 32 years old and should be replaced before it dies. Worked out a good deal to get both replaced. I am a happy camper!

Nicky and Jake did a TOTAL AWESOME job!! When I opened my door to a smiling guy (Nicky) with his company name very visible— this first impression was greatly appreciated! Meeting Jake was very informative and polite as he explained how to use the Wi-Fi-thermostat and asked several times if I had any questions. Both guys were on time, professional, very courteous of us and our 2 dogs, provided detailed info of what they were installing, approximate time of installation and the overall experience was Top Notch! WILLS ONE HOUR TEAM—YOU ARE ALL AWESOME!!

My service person was Jordan Pearson but his name is not on the list. He did a good job.,,,,,.very professional, polite and explained things well.

This is my first experience with one hour heating and air conditioning. It will not be my last. Billy H. was not only professional but extremely patient in answering my many questions. He arrived as a tech, but he left as a friend and one that I will ask for and expect on all of my service calls. Give that man a pay raise because one hour is now getting organic free advertising out of my mouth. Keep doing what you’re doing!!

Bryce and Nate were knowledgeable and friendly. And they put up with my teenagers sleeping during the cleaning! Would absolutely use them again.

Mike was so nice! Able to help me know what was wrong so I could fix it myself and save a couple bucks! Highly recommend him and my dog liked him just as much!

Eric was courteous, professional, on time, thorough and seemed to know his work. I gave him a bit of a hard time because of shoddy work done previously by One Hour and he dealt with my displeasure in a calm and professional manner. I appreciate that.

I was very impressed by the A/C repair man that came today to fix my air. Very professional!! They always are right on it when I call. I highly recommend them!
