I had a Carrier Infinity gas furnace and heat pump installed 2 years ago by another company. It never operated right because the wrong thermostat that controls the system was used. I called Adams Heating and Cooling and Dale (owner) immediately diagnosed the problem. Dave Smith came out and installed a Carrier controller thermostat. It made a world of difference. The system operates flawlessly. Adams Heating and Cooling is very professional and responsive. Dave took the time to explain the operation of the controller. Long story short, they have my business. Henceforth, they will do the service and maintenance on my system. If you want a company that knows HVAC operation, call Adams Heating and Cooling for all of your needs!

Dave Smith made me so happy I could have cried. Another company tried to trick us into spending a fortune to buy a whole new unit. Dave came, instantly knew the issue and fixed it - the whole visit was less than 30 minutes. We will definitely be lifetime customers.

Adams installed our new A/C unit in Sep 2021. They did a fantastic job at a fair price. They came out recently to repair an issue where the lawn maintenance we hired knocked over our A/C unit and they were able to fix the problem quickly and professionally. Will be my go-to business for both heating and cooling permanently going forward.

These guys are great! I'm 2 years into my purchase and this review is long overdue. The best part of my tardy review is I have the time and experience with not only the unit itself but also Adams customer service. They came out on the coldest day of the winter in 2021 and replaced my furnace. Our previous unit had died and we were in a bad spot with winter still weeks from being over. Our purchase was not impulsive however as we quoted 3 units from other vendors. The Carrier unit was the most costly, but the unit was rated much higher than any of the competitor models. Also, Adams had a very favorable finance options for the purchase that served to be much smarter than purchasing the unit outright. Two years into this purchase I can make the claim that the unit is so efficient that our utility bills have dropped so much that's it's offset the cost of the monthly payment of the unit (it's paid for itself in monthly utility savings). Their employees were awesome and even the owners came by to check on the work. I'm accustomed to doing much of my house maintenance myself and probably a bit critical of sloppy work. There was nothing to be critical of with the work these guys did. Our home is comfortable now despite the coldest or hottest of days. I have no doubt I picked the right company for the job. I will repeatedly use this company for all my HVAC needs. Last night my heat stopped which is the middle of January. I called first thing this morning and the kind gentleman scheduled Chase to help me. He called to say he was running ahead of schedule and could come sooner if that was okay. YES of course. He was very polite and kind. Wore shoe protection. Looked at my system, explained what needed to be replaced. It was fixed in no time at all. I asked if my old furnace needed to be replaced. Not just yet thank goodness but when I do hands down it will be this company. They turned a stressful moment and put my mind at ease. THANK YOU!!!

Another year of great service-Mike was on time, professional, personable, and knowledgeable. Provided good tips on best practice to keep my furnaces operating as efficiently as possible. It's always such a relief to have excellent service on my heating system especially living in the Northeast. Thank you Mike!

The Adams Heating were the best to deal with from start to finish. They removed my electric furnace and replaced it with a 98.5% Carrier system. Tony Potts was a delight to work with both estimating the job and follow up with setting up the thermostat. The crew that did the install were outstanding with little to know mess and thoughtful how to run lines and piping.
