Chase was extremely nice. He called when he was going to be late which I appreciated. He was professional and explained everything he did and why so I could understand. I would call Adams again.
Installed Nest thermostate ourselves and it didn't work. Adams Showed up and charged $140 for freon that I must take their word that I needed. Not sure. We had installed a Nest Thermostate and it wasn't working properly. The tech said he fixed the Nest and left. It did not fix the Nest problem and we had to put the old thermostate back on ourselves. $140 down the drain. Called Adams and they said the would not give us any consideration or even a small discount on another $90 service call. The tech admitted he was not their best person for Nest related issues. Adams isn't the only HVAC co. that maybe gauges people and maybe takes advantage of their lack of knowledge but I certainly am taking them off my list for future use. The lady that answered the phone was very nice and polite.
Did a great job fixing my Oil Furnace when others said it couldn't be fixed. Dave came and within less than an hour he fixed it. All the others wanted sell me a new furnace. So grateful for the professionalism and kindness. I will definitely be calling them in the future. Thanks again
I recently had a AC unit replaced and the crew from Adams Heating was great. They were able to work with my unique setup while not having to rework any major items. I highly recommend Adams heating Co.
My gas furnace quit working a few weeks ago and I called Adams to come out and look at it. Of course, the first 10 minutes the tech was there he says oh you need a new furnace. He did get it working but it needed 2 new parts which I found out I totally got screwed on. Beware-Adams upcharges on parts like you wouldn't believe and they charge a lot more than most places do for just a diagnostic fee. Well a week later, my friend in HVAC from Dayton came over and looked at it and I told him how much I was charged for the service and parts and he was in disbelief. So call around before you have Adams come out and charge the exorbitant anount they do for service.
Larry just left my house and it feels great in here already. He was prompt and professional and was able to determine the problem within minutes. In no time at all, he had the system up and running with no brutal sales pitch or pressure. He's the man. I'd recommend Adams for anyone...ask for Larry

We have continued for more than a decade because of their professional attitude and enthusiastic willingness to make sure that problems are solved and all questions are answered. When we had a problem with our furnace this year, they responded in a timely fashion. They had to warn us that the problem may reoccur and the technician even showed my husband what to do if it happened again. When the problem reoccurred, they were here within a half hour and replaced the malfunctioning part. This is a company that takes pride in what they do.
