I was very impressed with this company from the beginning. We received 4 different quotes from 4 different companies. While they weren't the cheapest, they offered the best service and product out of all 4 companies. We were told on Saturday (by a different company) that our heat exchanger was cracked. We called Tony that same day and went over the offer he gave us in October. They were able to come out that Monday and get started. They had the furnace up and going that same day, which was good because the snow hit us that night. They came out on Wednesday and finished up the job. I had to have another return vent installed and they were able to install in easily and without much difficulty. I also had a supply vent that the previous owner had installed under the fridge. I discussed this with Chase while he was installing the furnace, and he told me it would be no problem to move this vent so I could have heat and ac to my kitchen. They also installed this easily and my kitchen feels like the rest of the house. They were very easy to work with, due to personal commitments I had to leave my house several times while they were here and they continued working with no interruption and I fully trusted to leave them alone in the house. They left the area cleaner than it was before. Tony also followed up with me about the installation and if I had any questions. I also signed up for the service plan because it gave me a warranty for free labor on my hvac system for 10 years.

Great experience! Chase arrived early which was great so I could carry on with my day earlier than expected. Chase and was in and out very quickly! Chase was also very nice and professional from start to finish. I could tell Chase was highly intelligent and aware of the problem right away. Definitely Recommend ADAMS heating &cooling! The AC is up and running already and I can feel the house starting to cool. 5-star experience!

Recently we had Adams Heating and Cooling install a ductless air conditioning system in our home. The quality of the Carrier product is unsurpassed, it is efficient and quiet. Their employees did an excellent job. The were very professional, knowledgeable and personable. They did a great job! If you are contemplating a system such as this, we highly recommend this company.

Tony and the Adams team did an excellent job of providing us understandable explanations for making a decision on a new furnace for our home. The installation was on time, professionally done, and the follow-up/training was awesome. High recommend this company!

We have had a service contract with Adams for several years now and their service and honesty continues to impress us. We just had spring service again today and a technician named Rick was at the house. He was very thorough, and very polite. He had extensive knowledge in his field and articulated that knowledge well. We will continue to use Adams as our primary HVAC provider. Job well done.

Five stars are not enough! I've dealt with many HVAC companies over the years and NO ONE comes close. From knowledge, to focus on the customer, to value these people are the best! Dave gave me great information (without being the least bit pushy) to help me make my decision on whether to repair or replace my 23 year old system. Tommy and Mike did a phenomenal job installing the new unit, going above and beyond any expectations. They even made the space around the unit more usable. Could not be happier!!!

I had a new air conditioner installed by Adams about two weeks ago. I was very pleased with the professional nature of the two installers. I would definitely recommend Adams to others.

My wife and I hired Adams Heating in June 2020 to replace the gas furnace, air conditioner, and hot water heater in our home in Anderson Township. We had a fantastic experience, we could not be happier with their service and work, and we highly recommend them.

Tony Potts is the HVAC specialist who came out to give us our quote. Tony was very thorough in determining what would need to be done to complete the job, and was very helpful in explaining the different choices amongst Carrier’s gas furnaces and air conditioners. It was a large job primarily due to the size of the old Williamson furnace that needed to be torn out, and the expectation was that it would take a day and a half to get the whole job done (furnace and AC on day 1, hot water heater on day 2).

Tommy and Eric are the HVAC specialists that led the installation efforts, with a little help from Chris (a student learning the trade). They arrived at 8:30am just as Tony said they would, and they got right to work. They were courteous, professional, and incredibly hard workers. They got the entire job done in one day (including the hot water heater), and I am very impressed with their work.

Tony followed up about a week after installation to ensure we were completely satisfied, and to answer any questions we had about using our new thermostat. We are very happy with our choice to hire Adams Heating, and genuinely look forward to having them service our new system for years to come.
