Adams Heating & Cooling

Tech came out and probed a couple of wires and said everything was good. Didn't check to see if my refrigerant levels were good didn't even look at the heat pump itself. Was at my house maybe 10 minutes and said everything was fine. Did attempt to even recreate the problem. Now my heat pump isn't heating again. No real troubleshooting or anything. Definitely not happy with the service.

The guys at Adams installed a propane fireplace in our new addition. They framed the shell for the fireplace perfectly to my specifications and completed the installation on time and on budget. They returned after the propane was delivered and ensured proper operation and provided instructions on its use.
They were prompt professional and courteous. You can’t go wrong with this company!!

All of your technicians have been very good but I must complement Rick & Eric who came out today. They were extremely professional and competent. They presented a very professional image for the company and should be commended. Adams is a great company to deal with and I highly recommend them.

Had Chase come out to us to service our furnace, and honestly, don’t think I’ve had a better experience with anyone coming out to our house for anything. So happy with the service. Chase was was so knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you so much!

Scheduled routine maintenance on an AC that was about 30 years old. They provided excellent service and answered all of my questions. Our entire system will need to be replaced over the next couple of years and I would not hesitate to use Adams heating for that effort.

On April 6th 2020 we had our annual AC services completed by Rick Cullison and wow this pro never ceases to impress. Rick was in the pouring rain 🌧 and did his job as a true professional not skipping a single detail. When we had a question about cleaning the unit he had the answer.

They responded immediately when I called because my AC went out. Eric called me as soon as I hung up after putting in a call to the answering service. The very next day Eric came out & assessed the situation & scheduled an appointment to install my new AC & furnace within 4 days. Tommy, Ben, and a different Eric came to do the work. They did a great job, were very careful & cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommend them.

UPDATE: I needed a new HVAC system and Tony Potts hooked me up, too! He took the time to answer all of my questions, and worked with me to find the right fit for my house and my budget. I would highly recommend this company!

Crew showed up on time and did a good clean job on installation of new furnace/ heat pump. In and out in a reasonable amount of time. Very friendly and detailed explanation of unit! They were out of stock on the unit we purchased and they even upgraded us to the Mac daddy at no cost! Could not be happier!!
