Terrible... service guy was prompt though. Could not help me. Spent 20-25 minutes there. My issue is the fee of $209 , which included the service charge of $89 plus a rate of $250 per hour. They should have been up front about the hourly rate ! Simple math. Service guy said I would get an invoice by email for my records and of course that did NOT happen either. DO NOT RECOMMEND this place at all !

My Mother-in-law had her unit serviced and didn't notice for a few days that she had no heat. She called my husband because she had no heat and he went over to last Saturday to check it. He found that the gas was turned off to the furnace and the switch for the gas inside in furnace was switched off. Therefore it appears that worst case is that they were going to scam an elderly person into paying for something to be fixed or best case that it was negligently left off. Either way it's not acceptable. She called to complain and wasn't offered a credit or any compensation.

Ron and his team helped get my boiler back online when it went out after doing some diagnostics and I really appreciated the way they explained everything and approached diagnosing the issue. He was very communicative of his schedule and always arrived on time which was great. There were some issues with pressure settings but nothing major or dangerous, just a few extra free of charge visits to correct a couple of things.
Ron is knowledgeable and seems to be well connected in the industry to tackle our boiler which was a rarer residential brand. I would recommend them to others looking for someone to fix their heating system.
If I could give 4.5 stars I would instead, main reason is just the fact that I had to discover the incorrect settings but it certainly taught me alot about my system I didn't know before

I own a business with 6 rooftop HVAC units and hired RineAir to replace them. They were very professional and easy to work with. They exceeded my expectations completing the job in one day when all the estimates (4) I got told me 2 days. They left our property very clean and made sure I know how the thermostats worked before leaving. I highly recommend them.

We have used Rineair to provide yearly summer / winter service,. They previously replaced a new construction furnace which was 15 years old and today they replaced a 23 year old Air Conditioner. Our AC went out last night and with the 90 degree plus temps coming in tomorrow we were hoping they would have available time to assist. Rineair personnel were quick to respond and provided an explanation of the problem that I could understand. Great people. Will continue to use for these type needs and would recommend them to anyone.
