We have used Adam’s Heating & Cooling for years and we are delighted with theirs services. From repairing an old system to installing a new furnace, they have done it all for us. We use them for our annual maintenance for or HVAC and help us extend the life of our HVAC investment. All the service technicians are kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Today, Chase serviced our AC unit to get us set for the summer. He wore a mask and shoe covers in the house. He then explained and showed me what items needed to be replaced on my AC unit and why- he even showed the test so I could see the results myself. I recently had a Carrier ductless system installed for the upstairs of my house. First off, I got 4 estimates. The first 3 were basically the same. They all wanted to install an LG split system. Knowing the size of the upstairs & the heating & cooling issues we have delt with over the years we decided to get one last estimate. I'm so glad we did. Tony Potts came out to our house and did a thorough evaluation of the area upstairs. Had I gone with any of the other 3 estimates I am sure that we would not be as happy with the results! He was very pleasant, informative and knowledgeable. I knew that Adams HVAC was the right choice. They installed two 1 ton Carrier units on each side of my house & within hours the upstairs was the perfect temperature. We could not be happier. The crew of 4 started around 9am finished by 4pm.They were polite, fast and thorough, even dealing with 3 dogs. I would definitely recommend this company. My husband has a lot more confidence in the Carrier system vs the LG. We couldn't be happier with our decision. Thank you Tony!

This is my first experience with Adams Heating Co. I was very impressed with the customer service of Dave who found the system out of freon. He offered two solutions: fill the unit with freon or put some in to hold me until a new unit could be installed and he didn't even charge a trip charge. The new furnace and air conditioner are now in and working well. I am very happy with all the people I have met from Adams.

Adams did a thorough and clean installation of our new furnace and air conditioner. I am in the construction industry and see all levels of workmanship. Adams installed everything in a top notch fashion and their employees were very courteous. I definitely recommend them.

Adams responded quickly to our Heat pump issue back in February. They came out and installed a brand new heat pump. Tony was great to work with and took care of us every step of the way, thanks very much Tony!

We purchased our home last October, but have used Adams Heating for over 10 years. Our AC system froze up suddenly and we needed help immediately. My wife recently had heart valve surgery, and the extreme heat was very stressful on her. I am grateful that Adams expedited a technician to our home. Chris arrived a little over an hour after my call. He was very responsive to the urgency of our situation, and he quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. We quickly had cool air! He made additional recommendations to avoid future AC problems. I am sold on Adams and have signed up for maintenance services going forward.

I called first thing Monday morning they offered me various times to come out the same day. Technician called before coming (he was actually early). Erick answered all my questions and had my A/C running in less than 1/2 hour. He was great- professional, respectful, polite, and clean. Would recommend for anyone with heating or a/c problems.

Have used Adams for many years now and they never disappoint! Very prompt, personable service, responsive to emergencies, and they are great at advising best solutions for their customers. They installed a new HVAC system in our veterinary hospital some years ago. At original construction , the duct work was not done well and we could never get even cooling and heating throughout the hospital. I thought we just had to settle for what we had. Then Tony introduced us to the Carrier Infinity and I thought I died and went to heaven! Finally it was comfortable in every room! Adams just replaced our home HVAC system and we sleep so much more comfortably with a a great humidifier on the furnace. I didn't know what I was missing. Great job, great people, totally trust them!
