After waking up with a failing furnace, I called One Hour Heating and Cooling. Thier staff was understanding, concerned. When my repairman came, I got a call to confirm his arrival, he went right to work and repaired my furnace with a couple of new parts.
Jason suggested to have me sign up for a seasonal promotion and now I get my A/C system checked and maintained at the same costs. At a time when everything is so costly, this company goes out of their way to save you money and keep your HVAC system working great. Thanks, Ed Clock, Loveland Ohio

Explained details on the service he did and suggested maybe I should do a duct work cleaning which would be beneficial overall. Answered all my questions and concerns. Great service guy!!!!

Called other companies for services. But got no call back or were too busy. Called Willis One Hour they responded quickly. Appointment early next day.

Edis,Nate, and Jake did our installation today. They were also a pleasure to deal with even with our dog barking at them all day and some challenging conditions in our attic. All our questions about operating the system were answered and everything was beautifully cleaned up.

I was quoted 600 bucks for duck cleaning I rolled it in with my loan for my new AC I just got from them once the Tec got out there I was told it couldn’t be done it is now 4 days and no one will call me back on the refund
