Jason was awesome. He not only did a great job of repairing my ac, but he also gave me some maintenance tips to prolong its life.

I have used One Hr Heating and cooling several times and have always had great service.
My tech Billy Helton was very professional and very knowledgeable and communicated everything i needed to know about my service.

Dan, Jeff & Jake were great. Polite and friendly. They arrived early, worked hard removing old furnace and AC, then installed new HVAC. They also were very careful not to track dirt in our house. They were complete before 4 pm. very satisfied.

My 25 year old heater system crapped out during this last cold snap. The tech that came out was professional and thorough and worked extra hard to make sure I was able to get a payment plan that would allow me to make this unfortunately timed total system replacement.

They had techs out the next day (less than 12 hours later!) and they installed everything quickly and beautifully and took the time to explain everything to me so I can keep up my new system.

One Hour gave me a quote and came out this morning to clean my dryer vent. They were courteous and friendly while doing their work. Explaining everything as they went about cleaning. Very pleased!!

Scott came out to discuss possibility of putting in ductless split ac/heat unit in garage.
He was prompt and very knowledgeable and efficient but no pressure so felt feee to ask any question.
Decisions as to using One Hr will still needs to be made but they were only one who responded to my request and that is a definite plus for them.
